A renegade dream
All burned up in sins
Fall against reason
Fight against rhyme

I could stay and wait
A little while longer
But it seems that I’m
Running out of time

Yet to spill apart this
Chest, and carve my
Second thoughts onto
Your creased brows

I’d gladly let you do
The same—if only our
Fatal circumstance
Shall ever mildly allow.

It's not good enough
They did it better
Why can't you be like that
You're not clever

It seems people don't believe in me
               There's no future to see
               What I want can't be
Because I'm incapable and I agree

If that's what they think then we'll prove them wrong
They'll regret what they thought of us all along
We'll succeed and make them proud
Smash their words to the ground

People liked them more
Why can't you do the same
You're not doing it right
You're a shame

               I guess I might
               But really not quite
               There's no need to fight
               They are right

We won't listen to what they have to say
We're unique in our own way
We won't be like that, we'll be distinct
We'll be better than what they expect

               Why do you believe so
We're useless in every way you know
We should just let it go
We'll look like a fool putting on a show

We should never give up no matter what
In their words of hatred we won't get caught
We'll definitely be putting on a performance
But on how we started off at the bottom
to being the definition of importance
Which voice inside your head will you listen to?

Be
Be a light that shines bright;
Be a mighty knight.
Be strong and fight;
And be a person that brings the world with delight.

Cold is felt, but are you shivering.
Heat bares down, and are you panting?
The winds of change flare and pass
In time no fare is due from past
Are you waiting.
Feel the pain, without strength, forlorn
Or sit all the same, no blood, no toil
It’s yours, there, glory or shame,
This time, life’s stake, victory no blame.

We should dance as wild as we speak.
We should sing as loud as we scream.
We should be happy as much as we are sad.
And we should love each other as extreme, as we hate.
We should.
Please.

My body, driftwood
Remnants of a ship
That hit the wall
Hours ago
And floating
Conversations erode
Into splinters
Corpses, these words
Clutching at emotions
For one last lifesaver
To keep me alive
Drifting on the surface
In hopes to find home

It's not your job to prove them wrong.
Sometimes, just walking away
Says more than words ever could.
It's not your job to fight
In a fight that's not yours.
But sometimes, it's what's right.
It's not your job to forgive someone
Or take them back.
Listen to your heart,
You will be on the right track.
Your only job is to be yourself.
To do what's best for you, your health,
Your happiness.

I woke up this morning, turned on the news
I saw Bethel, Ohio and turned the channel it was Seattle
I belive in fighting for what you stand for
Singing the song you hold in your hand
Love and war never knew no piece
No justice can be acheived this way
If we are going to fight for this, We have to do it right

We can stand together, We can stand united
There's no reason to cast any stones
Black Lives Matter and so do the rest
This isn't no conspiracy, you can put that to the test
We'll fight for what's right, crumble what's wrong
Together we're in for the fight of our lives

We seen Martin Luther King and Ghandi beaten down and all alone
Never once did they open up to the violence eating at their soul
I belvie in the first ammedment, I believe through violence there's no peace
Look closer, can't you see we're killing eachother
Don't we know any better
We want peace and we want justice most of all
Together we can make it, come on my brother and sisters lets stand untied once and for all

We can stand together, We can stand united
There's no reason to cast any stones
Black Lives Matter and so do the rest
This isn't no consipracy, you can put that to the test
We'll fight for what's right and crumble what is wrong
Together we're in for the fight our our lives
