Hello thought I'd just walk away today!

Not the kinda Lady who'd quickly step a guys way.
I'm a smooth unrushed latte.
cold drink sipped slowly give ya a brain freeze if you got in a hurry.
I'm a colorful cool flurry..
Stir me quick the colors can get too blurry.
Haha lolzz my temp fails.
Train tracks can't be derailed.
A slow story read, browsed gently..pages turned kindly.
I'm not rhyming just to sound pleasantry.
Time I understand..
But its not a reason to step away or get out of line with destiny's plan.
Be about your quick sought errands seek your own plans.
I'm a cool cup of coffee best sipped romantically in the right hands.

The two ol' pals are facing each other.

He passes a glass of poison
to his dear guest, leaning
near the front door, slightly opened;
and he's learning the reason—

why he's standing there,
about to storm out of the stone-cold apartment—
'bout to burst in tears
shedding the vivid droplets

that shouldn't be belonging to a mere ghost.
Yet he's fleeting, escaping the scene still,
while the owner of the kitchenette
is putting back the bottle

    to where it belonged;
and he's gone, present no longer.

The drink on the rock—left on the shelf—
is evaporating, following the vaporized guest,
leaving the scent of faint alcohol
that lulls the other friend to regretful sleep.

and all i craved in that moment
was whatever you had to offer
i tried so hard
to open you,
to take a drink of your love
in hopes that maybe
someday
you might love me the same
but you were impossible
like a bottle
made of all glass
with no opening
and for months
i tried to
break you open
but i never could
until one day
you cracked
and it was then that i realized
you were an illusion
making me believe that
you could satisfy my thirst
but you didn’t
you never could.

isa pa, itagay mo pa
tatlong ikot na lang ubos na.
hindi malamig,
ubod ng lamig.
iisa lang pala ang tama.
ibigay ang pulutan
doon sa malakas kumain.
pagkatapos nito, isusuka rin.

Silk against lips, the softness unparalleled
Slipping down, eyes roll back.
Memory foam, it knows
Always rolls out the spread.
God I needed that drink.

Sip
I will sip

This life slowly

Remember you

By Friday

With each carbonated hiccup

Your face reminds me

Of brightly colored wrapping paper

Always loud with a mouth ready to be opened

So I will collect this life

Into a chipped tea cup

Slightly jagged edge that nips my lips

With every sip

Like our conversations

Gathering up tidbits

Of current events, laughter, and insults

Pour them across the table

Come Friday

So I will sip

This life slowly

This Evening I've started,
a bit early and I'm just,

I went out to Manny to meet a black gal but she never showed. Go to the pub and get ******, I’m good at it! Then back to town my crap Oldham to another pub to have ale and curry. What’s this? Eight lads surround me at the bar get ready! But no fight, fun!

They try to wind me up do I like men? Yea I like you I tell the big one, all muscle.

I show my WOW tat on my **** and what fun! Party time, we drink as one and I have the big lad’s wine down half a bottle in one, then more beer. And I know I’m right, they’re army lads, how do I know? I just do lol.

In the Abbey its mad, big lad spies an old hippy with a recorder.
He borrows it and up big lad’s **** it goes, I almost cried with laughter!
We gave it all waggling devil fingers and partied on.

The army lads left and I set off home but I stopped and went to their pub the Hathershaw, we drank till late.
I had eight brothers that night.

I hope they’re all ok when they get called up to go to Afghan next year.
Two of their mates are already gone.
I’m just a writer I say.
