He lived a life so bright, so free,
With endless joy, with endless harmony.
A dream of bliss, a golden scene,
A life as perfect, as it’s been.

But came a devil, cunning and sly,
A tempting deal caught his eye.
With terms spoken, glorious allure,
He signed away, a heart impure.
A parasite was born that day,
Hidden deep, it made its stay.

At first, the deal seemed grand—
No worries bound by life's demands.
He laughed, he lived, unburdened, wild,
No truths defiled, no haunted fear—
No… the cat’s here, and the bag’s there
The parasite emerged, so clearly.

The friends he cherished, walked away,
The bond was broken, cold as clay.
He called, he cried, sought hearts to mend,
But none could bear what he’d defend.
For every plea, they turned, ignored—
The parasite they all abhorred.

He tries it all, to break away,
To cure the curse, to **** the stay.
He runs, he hides, for the devil’s near,
But still, the devil’s laugh he hears.
“For what a fool, you truly are,
For fleeting joy, went so far—
Your life now, a pure despair,
The parasite, now’s your attire.”

Even as he dies, even as he rots,
The parasite bellows off him a lot,
As it reminds the world of what he is,
And the world just spits on him,
The cost of joy paid recklessly.

That dark desire clouds your mind
It whispers something profane
Asking for pleasure that bind
Filthy corruption and bane.
Feeling a little patriotic so I'll share the traditional poem of Philippines, Tanaga, which follows a 7-7-7-7 structure with AAAA/ABAB/AABB rhyme schemes. This is the first tanaga that I've written hope you like it.

[THE AFORE-MENTIONED NOTE]
Caliber-wise, the most common types of ammo used in the next 4 types of firearms, which are pistols, SMGs, assault rifles, & ****** rifles, are the following: 9mm; 10mm; .45 ACP; 5.56x45 NATO; 7.62x39; .308 Win/7.62x51 NATO. Here's (all time) average prices of brass rounds of the types mentioned (taken from southerndefense.com/ammo-prices): 9mm - $0.29/unit; 10mm - $0.47/unit; .45 ACP - $0.44/unit; 5.56x45 - $0.43/unit; 7.62x39 - $0.45/unit; .308 Win/7.62x51 - $0.67/unit. $6.2 mil ÷ $0.67 = (~)9.253.731 brass rounds of the .308 Win/7.62x51 type.

Let's say you have $6.2 mil. Given that a unit of brass ammo of any of the other types mentioned is cheaper than $0.67 & that ammo of those types should be purchased too, you can purchase 8.9 mil of diverse brass rounds for less than $6 mil. Keep in mind that if you purchase some or all of the rounds with steel casings, which are cheaper than brass ones, then you'd have even more than 9 mil rounds. Let's say you've purchased 8.9 mil of diverse brass rounds for $5.9 mil, then you have $300.000 left to purchase firearms.

Most firearms cost $400-$800/unit. $300.000 ÷ $800 = 375 firearms. Given that, caliber-wise, you have diverse ammo, you shouldn't purchase only $800 (or more costly) firearms. Let's say, for the sum mentioned, you've purchased around 400 firearms, which can be used by at least around 200 expert assassins in operations against mafias & agents of authoritarian regimes worldwide. Don't know about you, but to me, that's a highly better way of spending $6.2 mil than purchasing one **** banana for that sum.

Of course, to go on such a hunt spree, you should be organized way better than just having firearms & ammo. You also need other means & equipment, such as money, trustful allies, intel on targets, transportation, a place to stay, knives, firearm accessories. Just in case, I don't try to promote a criminal lifestyle. If there's any lifestyle I try to promote, it's a vigilante/evil-fighting one.

It was once clean
Filled with clear rain water
Mirroring your reflection
People not noticing its beauty
Stomped on it

Corrupted it with their shoes
The clear puddle was now brown
And *****
Small children wanted to play with it
But their mothers refused, as it was too filthy

But weren't they the reason the puddle was *****?
The children haven't done anything wrong
Yet they blame someone else
For what they have not done

And the puddle was left alone
Sad
With no one to admire it
And slowly but surely
It evaporated
Only to be replaced over and over again

Moral Corruption
There was once a boss who was so vain
With long hair like a girl
He ran his fingers thru this
And swished his tail and his locks
Oh look such a pretty Alpha male boss
With all the selling skills and power
He had a 2nd in command a lieutenant
Whose position was higher than his chair
Both used a 3 step selling technique
It got good results for the hippy boss
Who ****** his coach/supervisor
She caterwauled like a dead cat my God!
Shut that woman up she gives me a headache
See them all plus the pet dog secretary
All on the other side of the fence
It's a case of them and us
Don't go over there without good reason
Go by the channels first your own sup
To see if he can sort the issue out
How can the issue of moral corruption
Be erased without dissolving the account?
We know what goes on behind the scenes
We see it with our own eyes oh yes
And the truth always wriggles free
The powerful vain hair swishing boss
Who will put you on VTO so get some sales!
He worships figures as some do him
I'm now one of them but I see his skills
Those cannot be denied and he's a good boss
But a ******* lousy person never a friend
This is how it is in B2B sales
Moral corruption anybody?

Whatever civil stuff there is to oppose evil, in terms of removing an agent of evil from a position of significant power, it's nigh on ineffective. Partly because people, being ones putting all that civil stuff into practice, are corruptible. Imagine someone [further - TP (that person)] in a position of power being accused of some wrongdoing. Yes, if TP's an expendable part of a corrupt system they belong to, they may end up in prison. But what if TP isn't & has more than enough money for a bribe & connections big enough to end up with the case against them being dropped or not even initiated (in other words, untouchable)? And let's say a wrongdoing committed by TP is grave (just like a place deserved by villains such as autocrats to be put in). Such as sentencing a dissident to prison, thus making them a political prisoner, or usage of physical tortures, or even being a leader of an authoritarian regime waging an unjustified aggressive war, what's then? What are remaining options? Evil understands only the language of force & threats. And in comics, there's a type of individuals to punish such agents of evil: VIGILANTES.

Yes, vigilantes operate above the law, but they're above the law either when the rule of law is broken, or in cases when there isn't enough evidence to put a criminal into prison. And by vigilantes, I don't mean the "civil" type like the Batman bringing criminals to justice by neutralizing them unlethally so they can be handed over to law enforcement agents (though, it's worth noting that the Dark Knight strikes terror into criminals, at least into ones operating where he operates). I mean the type like Jason "Red Hood" Todd, Francis "Punisher" Castle, or V disposing of agents of evil as if they were weeds, which they are. Some may deem such individuals as criminals, if more precisely, murderers, but to me & ones like-minded, they're, first of all, society purgers. Necessary antiheroes, if you will.

It's understandable why there's no or nigh on zero such individuals in the real world. For there's little of those having nothing or nigh on nothing to lose & even less of those belonging to this type & being/willing to become expert assassins at the same time. As for professional killers present in the world, as far as I understand, most of them work for the underworld & have no or little principles. I wish there's a whole squad of those vigilantes/society purgers in the world targeting the most powerful ones among agents of authoritarian regimes & members of the underworld. For all those power-corrupted ******* understand only the language of force & threats, as it seems to me, &, as Rorschach from "Watchmen" said, evil must be punished. Of course, the problem is not that there are corrupt people committing wrongdoings, the problem is that there are corrupt ideas hosted by these or other people. But since there's no way to destroy an idea, especially in today's digitalized world, all there's that can be done is to make so that wrongdoing hosts of corrupt ideas are either stripped of power somehow, or isolated from the rest of society, if realization of either one is possible. If not, then liquidation of those hosts.

As Vladimir Makarov from "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare III" (2023) said, the wicked prosper, they always will. The harsh reality is that this world's so terrible it could use having antiheroic vigilantes being lesser evil to fight villains being greater one. Don't get it wrong, I neither support nor mean to glorify violence. My only intention is to justify the utilization of it towards wrongdoers in positions of power, in particular, towards, as I've said, the most powerful ones among agents of authoritarian regimes & members of the underworld.

This world needs more bold & principled individuals like vigilantes to fight the corrupt powers that be.
