the gulf widens
to reveal a scene
completely new to me

the gulf widens and
the earth splits and
the clouds drift and

so, we
must finally
part

When will the day come
That I can call you
A distant memory

Besides,
It's the nickname you've given me
While forgetting all the other names
That you'd whisper to me

As we were holding hands
And laughing at the clouds above us,
Drifting away as if they hadn't heard

Now I wish those clouds would've stopped moving
So we could've spent our little eternity together
And if not that much, I wish
You could push my hair behind my ear in the wind
And if not that much, I wish
That you could have at least wiped my tears away

Before you drifted away, too
((not about me. i simply wrote it.))
So far the ground appeared
never thought I would see again.
World seems so much nicer
from afar.

All it took was one sparkle
from one star.
Clouds swept through
and through--
a transparent bloodstream
casting me into delirium,
dancing the sky
carelessly.

But flight isn't my course,
I cline with
the wind's will
and wisp.

This descent
all too familiar.
I will not return to
what grips me down,
that which grips us all.

Let this coming clenching
have but one final victim:
My breath.
Allow my exhale
to rise in its departure
so it may stay
lost in the cloud,
a haven I forever seek.
Initial draft.

Ink
Inkblots cloud the sky
Inkblots murk the clouds
Inkblots envelop words
With their drops of black destruction

An inkblot falls on a painting, a drawing, a writing, and it all drowns up.

But my love
You deserve to be so much more than
Another one of my mistakes
That is not what you were made of

You, my dear
You are the final destination
Utopia
After I broke myself
On unhealthy relationships
And one-nightstands
And all that is left of me
Is my purest self
I will arrive
Ready to be loved by you
Ready to love you too

I can choke myself to please you and I can sink much lower than usual, but there's nothing I can do to make you mine.

When a passing cloud
might meet another
and together unleash
                                             Lightning
On thirsting ground
our significant spark
                                             Strikes
Bone-brittle tinder
buoyed by the quiet
breeze, an ember
                                             smolders until
Evening wind blows,
carries, smoking wisps
upon its wings into
                                            the forest
Sighs into crackling
summer leaves until
the canopy
                                            burns
So take note of every
passing cloud, because
you never know

If your tired eyes start to close
and you can't seem to see clearly,
rest your weary head in the clouds
    floating, wandering overhead.
While you're up there in the sky,
why don't you take a peek at the view?
dedicated to a friend.

Real communication
Has been lost
In the depths
Of the cloud.

True feeling
Is seldom seen-
Now, thoughts
Are shown
Through emojis.

Does anyone feel
The wholesomeness
Of somebody else's
Voice anymore?

The smell of their
Skin, the faces
That they make, or
Simply- their presence.

Conversations are
Much more
Than the words
Typed out on a
Smartphone screen.

People are meant
To actually be
Seen.

I have been a lonely cloud,
Floating around at one place,
Looking down at the solitute ground,
Looking for a familiar face.

All countanances for me are strange
Leave me here and all I do is stare
All the bare ground is filled up with remorseful beings
And I am one of them floating up in the air
I am one of them but lonely and shy

I blush safron when the sun embraces me with its beams
I rain when my emotions are stored so much in me
That once in a while I have to let it all out.

I am so far away and beyond everyone's reach,
Just like the core of the earth they walk on
I am no different from it,
It's just that don't *look up
at me.

I am a lonely cloud
And I want to stay away
I want to follow the winds
I want to travel and sway
I want to be a part of another world
Where there's anywhere to stay
A place where I'll have my say.
Lonliness doesn't only mean not having people around you...
