When all the trees are but
                  paper notes in a vault.

What will be the riches of man.

Where shall he beg for one more leaf.

Shall he look hollow when he cries
              gasping for breaths of regret..

you were a pulp
a sweet little bit
you laugh a while
you ran a mile
you die a little

My breath does breathe.
A breath of fresh air makes me see
All the little things that could be
Breathing heavily at the thought of
possibility and I choke.
Forgetting the sentence I wrote;
Cutting you out of my life
Like oxygen from my windpipe,
Removing all evidence with precision,
A decision I was forced to make
Else we’d both break
So I took what little of my heart I had left
And I left.

I thought it for the best
But now I can’t breathe breath
As thoughts of you have yet
To leave my head.

you're still sleeping
but I'm awake;
since 2 am
I'm wondering about
what you're dreaming

Watching the fading city lights
trough the blinds
and listening to your calm breath,
thinking about
morrow

Finally falling asleep
at 9 am;
just to wake up later to the warm space
you left beside me
You are of cosmic importance.
Without you,
this would all go unnoticed.

You, whose shortness of breath matches their shortness of hope

I aid abort-less, no death catches where restless love lives

Yes, choose heart rest over mess. My chest where you'll find rescue rope

Let loose, rip your reasons and reset. I know you are what strength is
I wrote this to soothe a friend who suffers from anxiety attacks a lot

Every night
An hour before the sun is set
I run.

Always the same path,
Gravel beneath my feet
And dust flying in my wake.
Until I’m breathless.
Because I know
When I’m gasping for air
That I can’t scream your name.

I want to yell it to the world
Over
And over
Until even the wind
Can shout it back.

You see, I think
Maybe if I yell
“I STILL LOVE YOU”
“I STILL LOVE YOU”
“I STILL LOVE YOU”
Enough times,
I’ll stop.

But instead of wasting
My lungs
On your name
I catch my breath
And run back home.

Every breath is a diamond.

     For without the gleam
of every one..
the beauty of life would be dull.
