Oh, the thrill,
The pleasure, the pain —
Static —
Electric shock.
My body tenses
With every touch
Of his gentle hands
My body jolts,
My skin crawls —
Of satisfaction
And hunger —
Wanting more.
"I think I love you," I say as he puts on his clothes.
"No you don't," he replies with a grin
"You're right." I smile back.

He walks out the door.

there was a young leopard
that morning in the sun

on hearing our joyous footfalls
it hailed out, "Having fun?!"

alas, not knowing, poor thing,
we didn't follow jungle tongue

and off we ran in such haste
as a question kept hovering:

"Having fun?!"
This poem is inspired by events that occurred during a trek with a friend on 10th November 2012. Though the creature

was not seen, circumstantial evidence suggests that we had a narrow escape.

They gazed into each other eyes
He leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers tenderly.
She shutted her eyes tight,
As his warmth mouth leave her body tingled in unspoken bliss.

I thought of how much time it's been since i first realized you were special.
I don't remember the moment i first loved you; There were so many times.
I don't remember the moment i first felt a crack; There were so many times as well.
I remember the feelings;the agony,the pain,the joy,the passion;All of them.
Love is prideless,love is mirthless.
My heart was a ******* for cherishing what was bad for her,and i was a saddist for letting her do as she pleased.
Each time was different and each time was the same;
You talked and talked, thinking i would never mind
And i closed my mouth and gulped my feelings, because i would never try.
Such is the fate i chose.

Tell me your every mistake;
Bring me every heart you break;
Show me your every scar
For each one I’ll give you a star.

Oh, I have seen you ****,
did it just like it was a drill.
Through my veins rushes the thrill
like the feeling after taking a pill.

I allow you to take a bite from
the tasty conscience of mine;
I allow you to eat up my soul
provided you don’t give it back at all.

I will never say I’m sorry,
you know I never worry.
I swore to devotion
without a love potion…
I  was inspired by some quotes in a FB page my friend sent me, so I dedicated this poem to her. :)
A thousand lives you live,
but please don’t try to tame them.
With all the love you give
you might as well be an alien.

I won’t torch down your roots,
the nature of a wild thing.
With denim and with ***** boots
singing the blues and dancing to the swing.

A thousand tales you tell
about the stars and wicked moonshine.
But all I need to hear
is a tune that I can call mine.

I won’t slow down the beat
of this aching heart’s desire
as I wander across this world
and my soul is set on fire.

I should've loved a tree,
Strong, tall and fierce,
Roaring through me,
(But I had to love you.)

The tree and I could make a pact,
To lay together awake,
(But I had to lay with you.)

To love the sky would be a thrill,
Grey, blue, black, yellow, pink, red,
You were like a cloud,
(But I loved the clouds too.)

I tried to love a bottle,
To tip liquid on it till it swam,
Bitter sweet on my tongue,
(But you tasted better.)

Maybe I'll love the sea,
Cool and dark and swirling in mystery,
(And I'll love the waves forever.)

Have we forgotten how to love?
Or worse, forgotten what love is?
Maybe it's not love we're looking for.
Maybe we only look for the excitement and thrill in life.
We want someone to watch movies with.
We want the limited and will spout off about endings.
Have we ever thought that maybe, just maybe, we just want to spend time together but don't make memories at all?

when is it crossing the line?
when I am in front of it all
laid out on the table
seeking a potent euphoria
constantly wondering if I have done enough
but it is never fulfilling
on a search for a meaning in this mess
yet never finding one
there's always suspense
wondering if I am secure
the thrill is so intriguing
and too hard to give up
