Like music in the distance I hear you whisper
And your scent is stronger than wisteria.
I can feel the freedom being released from me
While your words form a melody.

As I daydream my life away
I sit back and listen to your soothing song.
I have the perfect image of you in my mind,
Calm and peaceful beneath your wind-blown hair.

And I see far away, clouds in a hazy sky
The sun on your arms, the wind teasing my shirt.
As I put my arms around you and your head rests on mine
Slowly, like a chiffon blouse, your fatigue slips from your shoulders.

You can imagine anyone you like in this poem. There's no right or wrong person to think about (except someone you hate, of course!) :)

and watch
the sunset

watch the
waves kiss
the shore
blissfully

and listen
to the
crash.

Listen to the
seagulls talking to
one another as
they race on
by.

Enjoy this moment.
Enjoy this moment, right here,
right now.

Take a deep breath, sweet child
And soak in the fresh air that
Surrounds you, for you have time--
Though time doesn't mean a thing,
For it will all fall into place,
This life that has been fitted for you
And only you, it'll wait on you,
As you live in your very present
That has become my sweet history.

Slow down and smell the flowers
And remember that I love you.

If you have problems understanding feelings of the present moment: just relax and time your take (take your time[1] ); start to day dream about it and let it come to you like the film of a disney movie...[2] as I talk about the time I randomly met Bill Murray.

these Sunday mornings feel like endless seas
I’m slowly floating toward the horizon
immersed in bluish mist through which
the rising sun sends warming rays

sleepy I gaze through frosted window panes
there is a world out there
yet somehow all that I can see
are hazy shapes of luscious breakfast items
set upon the table beckoning
together with the morning papers
for me to settle down and eat and read
without time’s breath upon my neck
no need to hurry   jump into my clothes
rush out and try to catch the bus

the news is terrible as usual
but somehow less important than on other days
whether the stocks are high or low
abroad   at home   the dollar falls or rises
affects me moderately at best

it seems a lazy morning spawns a lazy brain
noises of busy-ness seek access here in vain
headlines are read without concern and soon forgotten
all systems are content with letting go
and feel besotten with the prospect of a pleasurable day

nice picknick on the common green
a game of badminton to have some exercise
delicious dinner at my favorite restaurant

night comes much earlier than you surmise
on your way home you see the half-moon rise
you vaguely wonder where the day has gone
before you rest your head after no work well done

I wrote this while drinking tea with you, and I must say I'd rather be taking shots of ***** with you my love.
I need alcohol in my system.

My heart is restless
My mind is wandering
And my body continues to ache
It's finally time to relax a bit
Yes, it's March Break!

In bitterness, you forget joy
And look upon your life
Like it was always so
In the briefest of joys, you laugh
And skip, and dance alone
Like you never left heaven
Like Love never left you
For a moment

Take me away from this place
To a beach somewhere far from here
Take me away from this place
To a place with my favorite beer
It's a place I can go
To escape and be free
It's a place I can go
To relax and just be me
This place is my mind
It's my one true solace
This place is my mind
Sans hate and malice

I think I'll run away soon.
