To forgive the unforgivable
To carry on as if nothing's wrong
Though you have too much on your mind
And a mountain on each shoulder
To push through the storm
Because you know the calm is waiting
Like a creature of nature who hibernates during the long and cold winter months
Until the warmth of the sun is felt
The ice slowly decays
Invisibly cocoon yourself from all that is around you
And know that better is to come
Better is on its way
Pay no attention to the shadows
For that is what they are ... Mere shadows
The more you look at them ... The taller they grow
Cast luminosity and it shall terminate their existence
For the dark can not exist in the light
But the light of Love will banish all darkness

And I might kiss this rage away foever
To leave me floating like a feather
To lose my grip but gain a tether
And leave the lonely alone forever.

My posture is straight and arms on the wheel
but eyes on the rear with a guilt feel.
Imagining it different
where I could have been.

Out came the noise of a gentle breeze ,
leaning behind , I watched my thoughts.
While it tried to distract me
I sit back and observe, untying the knots.

It puts me on auto pilot,
day dreaming what could have been.
Did I imagine it differently ,
same canvas but a random scene ?

It fades with reality but lets us grow,
so make peace with it,  just let it go
Man and mistake, like string and twine
it is alright to repeat, do it twice.

Regretting my regrets , I put a smile on my face.
Not anymore, like red rags to a bull.
Througt potholes and traffic , I learned my pace.
I drove this far, so it is at least half full.

First,
   you forgot me.
Later,
   you hurt me.
Now,
   you laugh about me.

But I forgive you.

I laugh with you
   now.
I will hurt you
   later.
I am going to forget you
   at last.

dear past pains,

i wish you well. i hope your happy and healthy.
to my ex, i hope you are good.
old friends that will always hold a piece of my heart - i hope your cheery.
people that have done me ***** - don't worry - i know we have both learnt from it.
anyone i have hurt, i deeply apologize.

forgiveness is important.
you deserve it just as much as me.
forgive someone today.

all those worries. all that pain.
i know your thinking of someone or something.
take it and put it in the past.

pick someone today.
forgive them.
forgive them for every pain they have caused you, send them love and kindness.
hopefully it will be a chain affect.
