Gently painted on the evening sky
By a Hand, infinitely Divine.
The orange orb rests assuredly--
And of its supports to be seen, no vine.

Its reddish-yellow mixes sublimely with sky-blue--
Now it flickers clean-white, now golden-black--
A truly-- deeply fascinating view;
An arrow drawn to never miss its mark

I think it scrapes the epitome of beauty
Since it encompasses a beholder's eye
With a tolerable show of bubbling fury--
The sun-- setting behind the evening sky

In it I see-- a requiem for brighter days,
a regret written but well expunged;
a solemn oath for darker years,
and a replying breath before it is plunged
(In a sea of darkness)
I watched the sun set today.

Despondent people are not puzzles to decipher
and we are not broken vases to be fixed, either.
We are not projects for you to put together
just so you can boost your ego over "saving" another.

She had magnetic innocence
that pulled people to her in tides,
people with broken lives
and shawshank prisons in their heads,
people with duct taped memories
bursting against the seams.
And yet..
she still wonders why
she cries in rivers
filled with their pain
and her own.

A cold dawn woke me up,

I stand alone on the cold mountain top.

Then I saw you down there,

Hugging someone; wishing I was her.

I know you hear me, when I shouted your name.

I know you see me, but you didn't dared to stare.

When you left, you knew without you I'll become lame,

That day when you left, you didn't even shown any care.

I cried as long as I can,

Even it makes my heartbeats to stop.

Its like without you, on my own I can't stand,

When you left me, automatically I became flopped.

I thought this is the ending of everything,

then there's one tap that ease my stupid feelings.

He offered his hand at the same time his love which eased my pains,

Now I can fly again because he's the one who fixed  my broken wings.

Someone eased my pains but sad to say, in the end. He left me too and broke my wings again. Haha Just kidding.

little lightning bolts
shoot down my spine
whenever you talk.
you brighten my day
with every touch.
every embrace
brings me up
from the dark place;
the one i'm starting to visit
less and less.
i thought he had
locked me there forever
but suddenly you came
with the key
to my happiness.
and now whenever i see you
little lightning bolts
brighten up my life.
i'm a little bit in love with you btw
A letter from you to me.
I never opened it.
I just sat wishing you'd just send a post card so I could see it for what it was.
I didn't want to rip the seem that your lips and tongue once danced across.
Because there would be another delivery soon.

Living helpless, I lost my way. An endless pit, a hollow day. I saw a light, shining bright, to guide me back into your sight. I was broken, you fixed my soul, you began to make me feel whole. You took my pieces, scattered far, now whats left is just a scar. You found me, lost and alone, but you took me in, and gave me a home.
This is probably my least depressing poem.
Mystifying Chaos Aug 2015
She had learned to spread her wings all by herself.
She was born from the ashes of her broken soul.
She was all alone, left out to fend off on her own.
But she survived, because the fire inside, burned brighter than the fire outside.
