red straps across the back
lashes delicately placed across desires -
far too engrossing for the average passerby

draw it in, blow it out, drained

Let's drink.
We havent the time to think.
One? Maybe three?
You open up like a Water Lily
Would it be so silly?
To sit at a bar with me.
Sipping on your whiskey.
Thinking why we.
Isn't actually "we".

There
is.... a knarnley creature
resting, waiting, seeking
the pounce.
A lifetime of gold awaits thy
asleeps but under her blanket
restful slumber
Hark!
Oh the bells
the bells as they are ringing
in the steeple in the courtyard
She awakens
The knarley creature
aint feelin dat 10 a.m
fridgeworthy
solid
solidness
blender
of feelings
being mashed
mixer of emotions
like a mixed drink
at uptown
maybe a gin and tonic
idk...
I'm new at this please comment <3 ;)

Rainbow sketchbooks and chocolate lay down,
on the wooden desk paid with broken cells.
The foundation *** which has lied to all the eyes,
hiding scars from my selfish life.

Money, shiny pennies from many, off of my father,
who will see my shine one day.
The drinks of cancer, which I force down,
hoping one day, they end my life as well.

The smell of lavender, purple flowers,
the spring is blooming my heart.
The stars are shining in shapes of torture,
the funny part of this joke is the truth.

Pillows, which are not made from luxury,
they are rather downfall when it comes to appearance.
Yet the softness, the cold textured feeling,
it warms my cheeks up with sweet medicine.

Lip gloss, I had once wore to attract a male,
who no longer cares for me in the fashion I wish.
Pink, red and blue… cream splatters all over my cheeks,
my eyes are green faded jewels lost in track.

Pictured life moments surround me,
her voice cuddled me to sleep,
when nobody would listen to my painful cries,
I once cried the tears of many hurtful lives.
Shall we sit, laugh and banter,
Discuss our every desire,
In an atmosphere on love and compassion,

You order bitter, and I go for smooth,
The waiter suggests the fries,
We accept the tater-tots,

We make work of our meal,
Beer washing down our mouths,
Forks stabbing at wandering hands,

Clearing the table, a brief contact is made,
Silence falls quickly,
An our eyes catch the waiters,

"One more round of drinks for two?"

Yeah, I know I don't go down like wine;
I'm not one of
gentle
refinements.
I've been told I'm more of a whiskey.
But I swear that tastes like love.
I know because I've drunk the bottle.
If you ever tasted-
You know there's no such thing called a glass.

You kind of remind me of her, when you laugh,
and your brown crow's feet
lines smile, and I can't help but wonder
what you're doing here
at a place like this
dark and empty and stained
with beer so I'll order you another drink
from the bartender and pay in cash
and conversate and stare
(and by the way, that's a cute hat)
because you remind me
so much of her.

he always asks,
what's there to enjoy about alcohol? It tastes disgusting.
I reply every time,
alcohol is not to be enjoyed. You drink fruit punch if you want to drink something for taste. Alcohol is to get rid of the even worse taste in your mouth that every awful person in your life has left.

Sometimes after I've
Had a drink or two,
Or a few more,
I convince myself that I can
Find what I want
In the superficial distractions,
Building my ego in faked conversations,
Pretending to be the careless girl
I've never really been able to be,
But pass me one more beer
So I can text every other
Y-chromosome in my phone
And pretend the meaningless
Exchange of dialogue
Even minimally replaces the gross
Urge I repress
To send you the stifled sonnets
That lay dormant at the pit of
My suppression.
