feathers
cotton
hushed loving between
celestial bodies
grapefruit and coconut sugar
closing time

deities not quite worshiped
revered
hightop/high heel
purple jolly rancher
dress and tie
fingertips

hips swaying from side to side
windchimes
music
moments
love or truth
now or never

healing
breathless
full of life
merry-go-round mindset
happy dizzy
revolve around the sun

summer is approaching but the weather is cool

standin' there
shocked

'how did that happen?'
'but we're invincible'
'she can't die'
'she's only in high school'

teens, welcome to the world
dyin' isn't only for adults
you can die too, any time
so you'd better be careful

all you ******' teens
don't go around
thinkin' you can't expire yet

people live
people hurt
people die
that's just life

you teens'll never know
what's gonna come next
maybe nothing
if you're not careful

campus trek, also deep meaningful life stuff

There's glitter in the gutter
and your snowy steps won't help but slip
across the narrow beaten path
despite there careful hopeful placement

Campus is a mess, but watching people walk awkwardly from class to class, or slip, or just plow through the snow with no regard for the actual walkways was strangely entertaining. 3 days into the semester and I'm already losing it.

Words

Every word we say leaves an imprint on the soul.
The things we say can make a person feel whole.
It can make them despair and make them feel upset.
It can make them feel emotions they haven't felt yet.
Words can make someone fall in love, it can make their heart beat faster.
It can take their breath away, it can cause a disaster.
It can leave you wondering what they meant.
Or maybe leave you happily content.
It can help or hurt someone please be careful what you say.

Lost the vision for loyalty
Where trust is a weapon

Put edges to the lines
You drew thier attention to
Then pick wisely, when
They change colours

People are untrustworthy (most of them)
When you trust someone (even your family members) expect them changing sides.
