I try to hold back the sun
and my fingers disappear
in this light.
I let it go
and try
to sleep
with all my might.
It tells me the next morning
how bravely
I fought the night!

I gave him so much importance.
I felt it to be so special - calling him.
That time.
Something I used to do from my place.
From far away.
From a different station.
He loved me - I thought.
He might be living me.
Or may be not..
I don't know..
I want a heart that holds mine
gently and lovingly-
for independence to live in,
for love to seap in,
for sadness to die,
for rivers to sound right,
for gloomy days to glow,
for darkness to blow,
for the air to sing
of how sparrows swing,
how dead autumn leaves ain't signifying love
and true lovers always rise above
the ridges, the pitholes,
the ditches below
the anger
and disappointments mellow.

Do you know how it burns
When I'm not with you
And when I am?

When the river which is flooding
Behind the dam doors keeping it out
Holds all of its self,
frantic -
the world around it
might drown

Do you know how it terrifies
The brain that is aloof
From its spine

When the lightning strikes the air
for the first time beneath the clouds
And the teenager trying to sleep
Beside the window
hears it loud

Do you know how it rises
From the heart burning blue
Where it all began

When the trapped one keeps hitting
the door hard to come out

He wanted her
to understand his silence.
She was also fighting her battles -
her wounds yearning
to hear good words.
Both talked
and remained silent;
a little.
A little he walked.
A little she did.

Little by little
they fought against all odds.
Little by little
they crossed it all.
Crossed it all
to reach each other.
In each other, once
they had spotted their homes.
In these homes now
they had found their abode
for forever!

If you don't have it, you regret.
If you have, then I bet
that give it a break and
you'll get it very correct.

Imagine a forest without a grass
A band without an instrument of brass
Imagine a butterfly without colors
that you thought, will bring for you wonders
Imagine a desert without sand
a sea without a drop of water
Were standing but there's no trace of land
Pots given shape without the hands of a potter

Imagine schools going on without a teacher
This world without the trace of a creature
A class in which nobody passes
Flowers decorated on tables without vases
Water in pots with holes at the bottom
Trees full of green leaves int he sesason of autumn

Imagine the tongue tasting nothing kept on it
or if the slowest moving animal becomes rabbit.

this all wasn't for getting irritated
'cause "Haste is waste."
Like all this sounds funny to be
The same is the condition of life without patience
and around honey, no honey-bee.

There are curves in the Nile
They're also in our lives
Like the crescent sand dunes and the shiny crescent moon
So a man should have patience, whether morn or noon

We need to have a cup of patience
Atleast to understand the answer of its equation
Patience has to be applied
In every desirable part of life.
This all is known by that man
who doesn't have patience in his pan

Patience in life is like
Soul in body
Rhythm in music
sunlight on leaves shone
me i my mommy's womb

Mother is the biggest and
the greatest idol of patience fpr
it is totally undoubtful that's bound to hats off
be a man full of patience
its one of life's greatest lessons!

To surprise mending hearts,
the rain has come.
How they know, its work is done.
Now light-filled hearts were dark; too dark
withered & waiting for the clouds to return.

You are just a fool in the
middle of a canvas,
blocking images
of the
Light in your soul.

Come along with it.
Love your body and don't
let it remain in despair.
It will Thank you.

See It & Respect It.

I love you
baby
like the East does the West,
like the morning does the evening,
like the Sun does the moon
and the curse does the boon.
Why can't they meet? Oh,
why
can't they do?

The man of today
only wants to take.
It has become his nature
to have this
as a quick retake.

'Give me this!''Give me that!'
Ah! Stop this nonsense
O man, dear man...
take a deep breath and
think upon
your greatest desires
going on and on.

Every single person on this earth
wants and wants;
likes to deserve
irrespective of ones fonts.

Its not so very difficult
to get this on your nerves-
the only thing to remember is
"serve to deserve".

Sleep & you'll get a dream
about me and your favorite cream
or maybe; if you have boyfriend
then your kiss he may lend

but sleep won't give all!

If I die, don't miss me
cuz you didn't care to feed me when
I cried the whole night on an empty
stomach; because of you.

If I die, don't miss me
cuz when you had me, it was more
of a deal where you loved me
(in my eyes) only when I loved your life.

If I die, don't miss me
cuz conditions when unmet; the ones
you had for us; forced you to "unmeet" me.

If I die, don't miss me
cuz I could never become your
partner you needed and wanted
but one who was just an emotional entertainment.

If I die, don't miss me
cuz you often left me alone in
dark nights and gloomy days to
cry my heart out missing you.

If I die, don't miss me
cuz may be we never fell in love
and mostly, don't miss me
cuz you don't, when you
have me now.

See, the pain is spilling around
in the chest and overseas!
Seems, the heart has broken
Funny, it didn’t know when to retreat.

Or may be it did!
Should have listened to instincts?
The brain feels numb;
let spilling poetry act as pills.

Sobreity exists,
pulling sanity along.
Don’t call me
still - speaking as if asking to belong

If you must do
Then know, here I lay
inspite of hundred boulders
with which your silence chose to play.

I carry my soul deep inside me
or may be, this soul carries me.
Who is the soul, anyway?
My soul and me are one.
It is my child;
the very light that is my guide.
I imagine, it is in my arms -
all clung to me
and covered in blanket from wherever you could see.
I consider it me
yet a different entity
completely.
I don't actually know what love is
but caring for oneself is the most intrinsic truth of compassion - I believe.
