Everytime it is morning,
We wake up to her demanding,
While we slept she was running,
With the awakened some.

Isn't that what we are hearing?
Her lovely voice keeps on calling,
It says son swim the ocean,
You must overcome.

Do you believe in you?
My aquainted friend.

No one else makes a difference,
Play attack or play defense,
Sleep back or you commence,
It depends on you.

You've got pain and I've got pain too,
Don't let your emotions control you,
And the shame deny you,
The thing you should do.

You should believe in you,
My aquainted friend.

Many stars will be rising,
Many stars will be watching,
Will you still be in hiding?
Its still up to you.

There is always the rejection,
That could influence your decision,
You might never see provision,
Hold that which is true.

I wish you beleived in you,
My aquainted friend.

The tides will keep rising,
Could be winning or be drowning,
Or on deck and keep dreaming,
I will live on.

Tomorrow it might be over,
You may never really discover,
Not today maybe never,
The rising sun.

You don't believe in you,
This is your end.
i really don't know how this poped into my head. for some reason i just wanted to write something different but no way. well, it is out here now.
Edited this as well.

Time changes everything.
It changes who i am and who you are;
It leads us to moments of unity and moments of division;
It leads us to moments of enmity and moments of friendship;
time mends and time heals wounds;
time introduces new things
and it takes the old ones away;
time is good when used productively;
time is a broad field on which so much can be done;
it is a tiny palm on which very few words could be written;
time is everlasting but it ends here.

Where was i dear friend when they took you?
Where was i? Where was i?
Where was i when they sounded the trumpet?
Where was i? Where was i?

How did they conquer you?
How did they? How did they?
How did they rise again?
How did they? How did they?

I sent them to the abyss?
Yes i did.
I locked them up in hades?
Thought i did.

Do not let them take you far,
Trace the sound of my cry.
Do not trust a thing they say,
Return next to me and lie.

We will watch the stars again,
We will, we will.
We will draw faces from the moon,
We will, we will.

How much have they asked to ransom you?
Tell me, tell me.
I will do all i can to get it through?
Certainly, certainly.

Beneath the stars i lie alone,
In the valley of sorrow;
So much pain within my bone,
You are nowhere to fill this hollow.

Is there a place where you will be waiting,
For me to come set you free?
Or should i just sit here and wait,
For you to come to me?

I will cry no more but sing songs of the victor,
Maybe shall your captives faint at the sound.
Or maybe the shackles on your limbs be broken,
And in the vision of my eyes shall you be found

I will hold on to the memories of our past,
I will, yes i will.
May your face and the laughter not fade fast,
Be still, yes be still.

Stop standing behind me,
I know you are there,
Stop sitting by my bedside,
You can't cause me fear,
Stop lurking in the hall way,
Because i do not care,
Do not creep into my dreams,
Your presence i can not bear;

I see you in my mirror,
When you try to steal my soul,
I see you in my bath tub,
When my elimination is your goal,
You try to give me a message,
Of what your enemies stole,
Why try to hurt me,
In your demise i had no role;

Do not call my name,
I will not come,
Do not chase after me,
I will not run,
Do not afflict my soul,
I will not burn;
Do not persist anymore,
For i have won.

A thousand years have come and gone,
A million more around the sun,
A molten magma flows from my soul,
My spirit and peace is what they stole;

a billion galaxies to travel in space,
The temple of dagon still in place,
They try to extract me before i wake,
My siLver cord, they try to break;

the waters above and the ones beneath,
And where exactly is mercy's seat,
I am torn and beaten each day,
The reason why i have gone astray;

six hundred and sixty-six years have gone,
Six hundred and sixty-six knees before the sun,
A beast external is now within,
I've been transformed-a new born being;

A single day and it's now occour,
A thousand years around my door,
I recall falling from the sky,
I 'm now given wings to fly;

A billion miles across this sea,
A journey towards eternity,
My angels waiting to carry me,
To a life of immortality.

Roses fade away,
Beauty wont always stay,
Your beauty in my heart,
Will never ever depart.
Love sees beyond

Days come and days go,
They will always return,
This we know;

Nights come and nights go,
They will always go,
And light will show;

Flowers bloom as others whither,
But flowers will rise again,
No matter the weather;

Seasons come and seasons go,
Seasons come with their goodies too,
No need for woes;

Lovers come and lovers go,
True love will endure,
This we know.

Sometimes I wonder if am an angel or another lousy fool,
And I wonder if am God's right hand or another one of his tools,
I once thought this world would end before I'll ever be a man,
Well here we are in this sick world but I guess it's his perfect plan;

When sudden daylight comes our way then we act like we've been bold,
We also forget how bad it was in the darkness and in the cold,
There's no shame in recalling our past while we focus far ahead,
Because then we are reminded to keep-on and not fall down instead;

So then I am not an angel and I am not a fool,
I'm only a wise man who likes to play it cool,
Although, this world may never end even now that I'm aman,
And no matter how sick this world may be, I'll always have a perfect plan.

So do your homework and do it right,
Because what is worth doing is worth doing right,
And unless you've got another perfect plan,
Don't waiver because you will and you can.

My heart got tied by his cord,
When i saw the devil in his eyes.
Didn't mind serving him as god-
His filthy hands on my thighs,
Made me scream lord.

I have broken my vow,
I sincerely seek restitution.
But no one will listen to a "how",
They'll only see the abomination,
For i only thought of now.

It'as i who seduced him,
I was the Delilah in his bed.
Although this is such a grim,
My appetite is what i fed,
And in pleasures, i did swim.

It'as somewhat worth it,
His electric stole my soul.
Fire burned in my hells pit-
When he drove in his pole,
Though my skin he slit.

Now addicted to this master,
I want him again.
This time harder and faster,
I'd love the pleasure and pain,
And the wishing that it'll be forever.
I truely apologise if some people might see this derogatory but i know  that there are people who go through stuff like this. No judgement at all.

Who am i to fly you to the sun,
Where the stars sit and watch us burn?
Who am i to take you to the sea,
Where leviathan is supremacy?

Where else can i make your home,
A place where angels and demons roam?
Where can we find a safe hole-
A place to hide your precious soul?

Sometimes we can hear the ocean calling,
Sometimes its a still small voice whispering,
The voice Dear VIRGINIA heard- yes the troll,
We'll forever miss her- oh bless her soul;

What will the departed say of u and i?
Will they receive us in the sky?
What will we see when look the devil in the eye,
Will it be hate, compassion, remorse or a battle cry?

Shall we see the pentagram when the sun king is born?
Will there be hope for the broken and the torn?
Will we hold hands and dance in the vineyard of Jezebel?
The vineyard which Naboth refused to sell.

What if we just sit beneath the stars tonight,
And watch our enemies burn in their fight?
And ask the moon to shine very bright,
So that none would be out of sight?

The world is in so much terror,
Anguish of a unending labour,
Children of perdition is all she brings forth,
Many without substance, without worth:

Gather your friends as we cross the red sea,
Let all those who say we can't, stand and see;
The sun and her friends shall stand still,
While we fulfill our hearts utmost will.

Come let us swim my beloved friends,
let us swim into the depths of the sea,
let us spread our fins
and expand our gills in ecstacy;

come on let us fly my beloved friends,
let us fly from tower tops to tower tops,
let us soar like the eagle,
overcoming the downs and embracing the ups;

come on let us crawl my beloved friends,
let us crawl into the woods,
where we can find rest in moist places
and food for our young beneath the roots;

come on let us grow my beloved friends,
let us grow as tall as we should,
let us give scent to the world,
and shelter to the bad and good;

come on let us walk my beloved friends,
let us walk to uncommon places,
where we can be challenged to do better,
and hopefully find love among races;

come on my beloved friends,
let us do what we do best,
for this is what we were made to do-
to be fulfilled and find rest.

I think I hear the sound of rain again,
I think the storm will come and wash the pain,
Do you hear the devil call my name in vain?
He tried to live inside of me and my soul to gain
Where do I go from here?
Why does this remind me of desperate times?
Why don’t the people read between the lines?
Do you see drama but don’t see the signs?
The degradation and the steep decline?
Where do we go from here?
We live in crowds but live lonely lives,
Desperate daughters becoming broken wives,
The lies cut deeper than the split from butchers knives
False Memories stored in the dark archives
What do we want to hear?
IS it freedom is it fear?
Is it bravery when we don’t dare?
Is it boldness when we care?
Is it falsehood that we all wear?
Tell the devil I saw him in a man’s heart
Tell him reveal yourself while I play my part.
Tell the angels to tell me, where should I start?
Relay my Sos message to push the restart.
What do you think we fear?
There is no hand shake there are no friends,
We are all enemies plunging to the end,
We **** our neighbours children and still pretend
To love the children in the mines whose backs they bend
Where comes the diamonds you wear?
Yes, give it all away and come with me,
No you hate me so suddenly,
Giving all to the poor is what we call bravery,
No, now you hate me and call me enemy.
Who causes the others’ tears?
The chains around the neck of my ancestors brought them here,
The chains in my pocket has brought me here,
We both share the same tears.
And are separated from our loved ones here
The double standards in the wisdom of the greats
Create convincing books (hooks) and you are the bait
Men without honour, soul or faith
If you really doubt me ask the Gates.
The vaccinated African children can relate.
He is their knight in shinny armour,
He’s not the reason for the Capitol clamour,
He seems to be a man of valour
He is confused with nothing to stand for,
Just like others he’s rotten in his core,
Do you hear the sound of rain or should we ring the bell?
Do we eat, dance and drink and be the stories the future will tell?
The barbarism, bias, hatred, the universes’ cancerous cell
The religious and the atheist will all be put in one hell.
Their philanthropy is a two-edged sword
Right hand shake and the left to shade your blood
Materialism is their preachers’ god,
Be patient they say and wait upon the Lord;
Fight to the end or do not fight at all,
Be quiet and listen for the master’s call.
Your master or whose master’s call?
The luxury we enjoy causes another man’s pain
Men in suit and those in jeans are the same
lawmakers they are, so they claim
United Nations uniting in vain.
Yes abundant rain comes our way
No Noah’s ark cause we all must pay.

I know the difference between right and wrong,
Been in this game since when i was born,
Watched these movies and listened to these songs,
Even when am happy and when i am torn.

The woodland is getting empty each day,
Its today and tomorrow will not remain the same,
If they could speak, what would they say?
whatever it is, we are not to blame.

No matter the condition, we will produce a line,
It is in our blood, it is what we do;
the product of the woodland aids our design,
To some, this is sad but what can we do?
Just thought of how privileged we are to have access to the greatest source of our writing materials as writers.

It took a little time to think this,
And a little more time to pen this,
It was hard finding the right words for you,
I still can recall what my brain went through,

Tough it was- so i thought,
Because it felt like a must,
That i have to take note of a day like this,
To express my love to you when my pen and paper kiss

So i imagined what you have borne for me,
Not just for a few hours but almost eternity,
Not just a note or a strain on your brain,
But the entirety of yourself in lose or gain,

A chill of shyness engulfs me,
Nothing too big released from me,
To a woman so fine so dear,
Who for me unconditionally cares,

If i sail across seas for you, that you will do even more,
If i walk on fire for you, greater pains for me you bore,
If i choose to bleed for you, that you have done,
If sacrifice was then a contest, you've already won,

Where would i have been if not for you,
You share a love so priceless and true,
You held me up when no one else could,
You have stood by me more than anyone would,

For all that i am today,
Your love for me this way,
And many more that i can not pay,
Mother, i love you now and everyday.
I love you mom

Eat the womb of your daughters,
And drink the blood of your sons,
Drag your spouse into the woods,
And whip them with thorns;

Prepare the cauldron,
And play the requiem,
Be drunk thirsty fellows,
Gladly fill your cisterns,

We shall fill the streets tonight,
As the righteous falls,
Creep into their childrens bunks,
And wait for the master's call;

"Waaaaake uuuup, waaaaake uuuup",
Quietly we will whisper,
And afflict them with sorrow,
And sink them in despair",

Do not cry dear parents,
When your children go astray,
It is us who have done it,
Yes, we desire it this way,

We run the final lap,
So rejoice children of the sun,
It will be over soon,
Then will our battle be won.

Abide by the letters of jupitar,
Do not trespass,
Read out with boldness,
Happy Ex- Mass

Writers are like gods,
While singers are angels;
Writers can be both,
If we fit in both angles;

Writers are creators
And the preservers of history,
Keeping accurate records,
From century to century;

Writers are prophets,
And oracles too,
We speak of the future,
Most of which comes through;

Writers are artists,
We create drawings in words,
And nothing's been more beautiful,
Than our gallery of words;

Writers are warriors
Winning wars with words-
Bullets and machine guns in our letters,
Have ended numerous discords;

Writers can be good lovers,
With strong emotions too,
A heart that is very fragile,
willing to share a love that's true.
I think i am becoming lazy though. Lol
uzzi obinna Mar 2016
It is very painful but also true,
The sea is not always clear and the sky not always blue,
The ones you love might not love you too,
The truth you hear are not always true;

The life you adore, you'll one day loose,
The freedom legends fought for, others will misuse,
Daughters properly raised, men will want to abuse,
the innocent and peace makers, courts will accuse;

A path might seem right but leads to destruction,
Many great men unborn expelled by abortion,
Poor and middle class molested by extortion,
possibility of earning little, though working oneself to exhaustion;

But i'll not be sad cause i believe in me,
i'll do what i can but what will be will be,
no matter the challenge, opportunity is an endless sea,
Except i die young, i will be what i want to be.
Many thoughts

— The End —
