Watch me walk
Right outta this hell
And into something meaner
They say I'm all talk
But I wish em well
And the grass is always greener
Their words like pitchforks
They can speak but can't tell
The gods are waiting, Zeus and Athena
So watch me walk
And cast that spell
To whisk me away to a world so much sweeter
The Retard Apr 2015
Been with me the longest of all,
Through all tough times,
And every small brawl.

Your sweet ticking sound,
And your elegant black look,
Your metallic cold touch,
Changed my life like a fairy tail book.

O my friend, my lucky charm
How I am gonna miss,
Your warmth around my wrist.

You Served me well,
Always fair,
And just in time,
For a single cell.

The time has come,
It's the toughest of all,
You left me alone,
Gone in a single fall.

It’s that time of year when I think of you....
And all the strange things we used to do...
We were young and cast our fate to the wind...
Regardless of the message that we might send..
Out to the world , cause we didn’t care...
And that’s what brings me here to share....
You treated me just like a queen honey bee..
And I believed and worshiped thee...
We shared our ups and downs together...
In thick and thin and stormy weather...
What was mine was mine and yours was mine.....
And we never ever crossed that line !
I assumed it would always be just you and me...
As no one else appealed you see....
My friends said you will break my heart...
But I told them that, I was just too smart....
As I remembered , what I was taught....
That no one could control my thought...
And then it happened I lost my heart....
My bracelet, my watch and my college  ring...
And then you did that awful thing...
You lied , you cheated , you  had stolen my bling...
And that’s why now you aren’t around....
Plus no way... will you EVER.... be found....
sometimes it's the little things that tend to make us SNAP...and she's done it again..

Hand in hand
Walking down the road
Skipping with an animal at our heels
or
Hand in hand
Screaming down a rollercoaster
Tears of laughter on our chins
or
Hand in hand
Watching a film in the cinema
Entranced with the popcorn in the adverts
or
Hand in hand
Right next to me
And not in my imagination

As time passed he watched, his
Eyes glanced upon space, fluid
Moments, motions heeded by
Ever expanding views.

He could momentarily slow a
Ever changing fraction in the
Life span of this ever expanding
Place.

Everything needed attention,
Seconds, minutes kept in tune.
For without the tuning a second
Could take an hour, a minute
Would be a lifetime.

Tick, tock goes the universe,
Everyplace a different moment
As distance still had rules.
Galaxy time, solar time, each
Different juncture on the hands
Of an ever moving clock.

There were places where even
The hands had broke, never a
safe place moments colliding
Space, time not the same. An
Error in creation it happens
Sometimes.

He was the watch maker of the
Universe, and he kept us all in
Time, all in a moment never to
Repeat unless the hands broke.
But he was always moving time
Forward, each at its own pace.
Se soltanto per un attimo
potessi averti accanto.

Forse non ti direi niente.
ma guardo solo ,
da vedere ...

I'm here
Watching you fix your tie
With the grace of a clumsy seal
Who got drunk
On the verge of tomorrow
And the brink of today

I'm here
Watching you stride out
With the hopefulness of a child at Christmas
Who won't go to sleep
For Santa will arrive
At midnight

I'm here
Watching you speak to the crowd
With the confidence of a frightened duckling
Who were recently hatched
Out of an egg
And into the light

Love is a butterfly
That looks beautiful
From afar.
It's wild, it's free,
It's undoubtedly happy.
Some try to catch it,
Others simply watch it.
And I, like the rest
Was curious.
Perhaps too curious
For my own good.

Love is a butterfly
That looks beautiful
From afar
Though ugly
Very ugly
When you get too close,
Believe me.

Planes crashing
Towers exploding
News covering
Tears forming
Men falling
Videos created
Uprise roaring
The whole world
Watches
Waits
In baited breath
Death all around
It started with a hijacking
Or maybe a bit before
But we are resilient
Brave

I am currently studying a poem based of off 9/11 and formed this in my head while reading it. Although it doesn't quite capture the true emotion by this particular event, I hope it gets that across.

To the girl in the back of the class, headphones blasting waiting for your day to be to be over, and hoping tomorrow won't be the same. I just want you to know something, I understand.
I understand that when you tend to get quiet, it's because everything that you hold captive inside is slowly consuming you from within. I see the scars you wear from the restraint you had, keeping you from truly being happy. I notice the pain you wear on your sleeve, covering up won't make it unnoticeable to my eye baby girl I see it all and I'm here to help. The wonders you bring to the world, and you don't even know it. You are the action potential to my neuron, sending me messages through space and time that can only be picked up at certain levels. Levels that are off the chart, and beyond many limits. I just want you to see the spark that you have, because it's greater than any star in any galaxy in a land far far away. And if you need a shoulder to cry on, just know you can count on me any day. For I am a hand, and you are its Palm. Soft and sensitive, with a tough layer of protection from it getting hurt. In this I ask of you to pick your head up, and hold your chin high and learn grace. Stop existing in this space we call life and live. Live to the capacity of your worth, and teach your knowledge to those in search of enlightenment. Bind your foot to your mind, so you can know what it is like to step inside of a dream, but bring a mirror to make it a reality. Because seeing is believing, and it is all you need for things to be true. Take this journey to find the key to your heart, and unlock it to find your passions, and remember, in order to get to the ending there is always a new beginning waiting to happen.
