What if there were no words?
Would the comunication be harder or easier?
Would we overthink as much as we do right now?
Maybe we would imagine situations instead of phrases we've learned from bad movies

Our lifes would be ruled by actions
Not by silly games we play with letters

Looking at your eyes would have even deeper meaning because that would be the only way to get to know a piece of your mind

Maybe the connection between people would be deeper and more pure
no social media, loud ads or cursing
Just existing together in the wierd place that is the earth

I am the glue that holds your mind together,
You are the scissors that slash my sadness apart.

These moments we share together
The memories I hold so dear
Will never fade, instead remain
Vivid and strong year after year

staggering, I fall
into a broken routine
that causes my heart to pitter patter
a story that has been told before

my cheeks burn red
as all my secrets are told without
my mouth spilling a single word

the quietness drowns me
as I further into you
& I look for an escape

love has a bitter taste on my tongue

Ill always smile
when I think
about you.
Your soft touch,
your sweet smile,
your gentle laughter.
You give me hope;
hope about people
and about society.
Our paths crossed
