There will be a time that love will arrive like a shooting star,
striking through your chest,
giggling over your cheeks,
laughing with tears at the corner of your eyes,
stardust filled on your lungs,
hoping it will never come to an end.

My hand caught a star
It ran between my fingers
Glittering like rain

Nightfall - time for a walk in the green
silence -  the noisy day has gone to sleep
finally I am on my own - no more avoiding by zig zag runs

I take off my protection mask and a deep breath -
summer air and the scent of a freshly mowed meadow,
familiar and normal.....

In the  distance a falling stars lights up

and I remember the taste of white clouds
and the sound of laughing butterflies

Everything will be alright

Kinetic energy
Without equilibrium

A fixed star
Collapsing in on itself

There she stares unblinked
At stellar remnants

Sprawled face up
In the dry aqueduct

Holding her breath
He won't return

on a hot july night
i remember looking up to the sky
and getting lost in its stars
and how they would twinkle
almost like a quaint little village during christmas, or
a sea of fireflies in the forest.
but even the brightest star
held nothing over you
and the way your eyes would glow in the 6am sunlight
or how you could see every star inside your eyes.
their glow was enough to light up 1000 cities in their darkest hour.

it’s like you were the universe
and i was merely a speck
who got to experience your beauty,
and so i extended my hand to you
only to be met
with the emptiness that had taken its place.

i had been forbidden from your touch for more days than i could count.
but i still reach for you hand
hoping
that one day you will be there to meet my grasp.
and wether it be in the 6am sunlight, or the 10pm moonlight,
i only wish to love you as i did
once before

The aquarium is a jar
that crams the bottomless sea,
within a glass bottle.
Like the pool of liquid in my palms
that reflects the starry sky above,
it is a fragment
of what cannot be fractured.

If the stars
were to fall with
every thought of you,
the sky would surely turn
to darkness and despair.

If the stars
were to shine with
every thought of you,
the sky would surely turn
to the heavens above.

if
a star fell
to the earth
each time
i thought of You,

the sky
would be
void of light.

Autumn curls whipped by wind
Her light faint and stained by shame
Tears run down rose cheeks

New day, new haiku!
And here is the last of the Seven Sisters! ^^
This haiku is for Merope. She is known as the lost Pleiad.
There are many variations of her myth but the one I am aware of is that out of her sisters, she was the only one to have had lusted and had was intimate with a mortal. Hence why her light is 'faint and stained by shame' compared to her sisters. So I was hoping to capture her insecurity in this haiku.
Let me know what you think!
Anyway, thank you all for growing followers, I'm forever humbled and grateful for the support🙏🌹💜
