I canโ€™t stop looking at you
I canโ€™t stop remembering you
The night is made of you, I think.
Hope is made of you, I think.

When I miss you too much, I wait for the night
I draw you star by star, in the cluster of timeless light
I throw your name to heaven as the dawn is delayed
Letting your portrait rests in each tint, tone and shade.

The universe is a spectator..
He knows who you are, I tell him about you every night.

And I know that you will think of it as another lies
But, the sky would be so sullen without your ebony eyes
You remind me that one can even shine by his absence,
The memory of your laugh still coloring my existence
You remind me some wonders should never be forgotten,
Even if tonight, the pain remain unspoken.

I do not love you for you to hold me,

I do not love you for you to come back to me,

But in the sky, every night, I draw your face before asking you,

Am i still someone to love you?
Tower 56 is the place where I met love but also the place where I lost it

Wine flows bright and red
From daybed, she hears Pisa
Her kingdom bustles

New day, new haiku! ^^
This one is for Sterope [aka Asterope]
Sterope is known to be the wife of King Oenomaus of Pisa [His name somewhat alludes to wine hence the first line, and the kingdom is mentioned in the second].
One more Sister to go and that'll be the end of the Pleiades! ^^

Distant Fortune's Isle
Stars glints the dark one's eyes
Wind brings silver dew

New day, new haiku!
Hard to be believe that this is my 940th poem, haha!
Anywho, keeping with the Pleiades aka the Seven Sisters, this one is for Celaeno. She is also known to be a wife of Posideon and bore him children, Lycus and Eurypylus, and ruled over the Isle of the Fortunate, a
isle reserved only for those were supposedly reincarnated three times. They were deemed pure enough to be accepted into Elysian.
Just two more Pleiades to go!

Waves, cutting snow, soaring star beams incomplete
From the ocean lows to the burning hot asphalt sharp beneath
And in running these risers with both fire and ferocity shown
Burn brighter than moons and more fervently than fires
Over a misty river breath breathed out all at once alone
Just as rings of power are now deadened by time
I cannot even begin to describe
These feelings of mine
I cannot even begin

Rest on golden shores
Taste of salt in pleasure's waves
Seagulls soar and cry

Forgot to post this yesterday, I was more exhausted then I thought.
Still following the trend of Pleiades,  the Seven Sisters.
This haiku is for Alcyone (or Halcyone).
There isn't much about her (and I had to ensure I am writing about the right woman as there are many who share this name and of course, many myths of other Halcyones as well, haha!)
With this lovely lady, she is know to be seduced by Poseidon and bore him many children so yes, this haiku is very much a euphemism!
You know me, I just love playing around with the portrayal of myths!
Anyway, thank you all for growing followers, I'm forever humbled and grateful for the support ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ’œ

An Invisible permanent scar,
will hitch my wagon to the star.
Some say no time to heal
I say I won't let it make me it's meal.
Some say you need a little brightness.
I say some things are better timeless.
Don't hold on to your past. Also don't forget it completely. Use it as a fuel to launch yourself to better things in life

Today;
One the terrace under the open sky,
I was eating food slowly and lost in thoughts,
Suddenly i look up in the sky,
There was one starโญ
It seemed like that star stare me,
Then I started talking him in thoughts,
I Lost in my dreams,
And i fed him the food with me,
I was feeling like the star just made for me,
Than after some time,
I search another stars in the sky,
But there was none..only one starโญ
โญ๐ŸŒŸโญ
My dreamy starโญ

This poetry is based on my today's imagination
Nice talk with one star.
i feel that..this is made for me only
๐ŸŒŸโญ๐ŸŒŸ
Thanks for reading.
you burned like a star
they whispered,
terror and awe laced in their words

you burned so suddenly, so bright
everyone but the sun had to look away
the sun stared down as
the burning boy fell underneath the water-
blue hands reaching up to catch him.

stars burn out too fast
they speak,
indifference and pity colour their words.

Golden antlered doe
Rides the wind with fluttered heart
Evade the bolt's eye

New day, new haiku!
This one is for Taygete, the third of them Seven Sisters!
There is a link between her and Artemis, something I've learned today haha! A variant myth is that to escape the eye of Zeus, she turned herself into a doe with golden antlers, wanting to escape the eye of Zeus to which this haiku alludes to. It was said that she was even hunted (but thankfully never killed) by Heracles.

Amber-studded soul
Mane torn out when mad with grief
Blaze across the sky

New day, new haiku.
This one is for Elektra, one of the Pleiades.
She bore Zeus two children, Dardanos and Iasion.
I did read a variation of one of the myths, she was so grief stricken at the fall of Troy that she blazed across the sky as a comet. Another myth is her losing her son during the fall of Troy.
Either way, Elektra is a tragic character...,
