A PLACE

We
lived
in a society where
false
is welcomed.
And
Where people
flee from
the
real.

A society
where truth
is enslaved
while deceit reign.
A world where
sages are referred
as mad.

And foolery
rule. An
environment
where love's
deprecated while
lust is summoned.

A place
where caring
is manipulated
as envy.

We lived in a
world where
peace is gradually becoming history,
making same
mistakes as ancestry.

But my dreams
is of a place where there'd be a
new world on planet earth, even
before the
very end of time.

A place as
peaceful as
Heavenly
where equality
lives among
mankind. When superiority or
inferiority is
mummified.

A world where
love will be only language we
all speak and comprehend.

docile tones and calm streaks,
fair blues and greyest greys.

she sits in line patiently
waiting for her time to shine.
she thinks of love and passion
a moment where someone says
“mine”

she floats endlessly
through infinite time while
millions of miles away

she burns so bright and
surrounded by billions of stars
and survives on heat and intensity.

Every day the delirium grows
That our actions don't change our fate.
It's only the scarce few that know
That what we do determines Earth's expiry date.

The more forests that we set ablaze,
The weaker our planet gets.
The more companies that say that it's only a phase
The more people begin to forget

That countless children
Are failing to see a future
Countless children
Have never seen the beauty of nature.

But if we stand together
And we don't fall apart
Everything, we will weather
And a change we will start.

Countless humans
Are begging for a planet to live on,
So countless humans
Must stand up and be relied upon
To make that possible for their fellow brothers,
Sisters, friends and everyone who suffers.

'Abdu'l-Baha said that all current forms of astrology
are bogus,
but said that the stars do affect us,
because He wanted to make us try and understand
the sky for ourselves.

The sky is as the mind, cognition, in change.
While earth is as the body, structure, little change.
The sun moves the fastest from day to day,
so it is the heart, the essence.
The moon moves slower, but still relatively fast.
It is as "the breath, the Spirit," He said.
Mercury is the fastest planet in the sky.
It is as "water, the baptism of knowledge," He said.
All the other planets move at about the same speed
up there.
The constellations are as designs and spaces,
crystals, if you will,
by which we see.
The movement of the stars from century to century
is like the circadian rhythm.

See clearly
and find out for yourself
using a star map.
This is all done within reason
and mirrors many elements of
other ancient astrology.

So concentrated solid is the perfect circle
encompasses the ultimate irrational zero space
housing down the orbiting planets a standstill earth.

Ahead of seven seas so fluid is a muslin cloud in the air
spilling down all the moonlight if the moon splits into half
for that beauty spot there would still be a black moon night!
The hidden gem from down the bottom of the earth
splashes a drop of colour and sets the sun on fire!

Ever wonder if the potion in this cup gets down to half
it does but only to get down to a drop of elixir.
Without sipping in living with such a sound melodious
presence up to the other world before dying one could die!

It was the key of E
ZzzzZzzzZzzzZzzzZzzz
punctuated by the coloratura
of exuberant birds
greeting the morning sunlight
as the bees rushed from flower to flower
zealous to drink in the nectar of a new day

A leaf blower pierces this subtle but mighty symphony
Why can't we just allow the wind to blow the leaves?
Still the bees ZzzzZzzZzzz
Still the birds rival the greatest sopranos
And I pause
What am I adding to this grand opus?
Am I in harmony?
Am I the din?

And we keep buzzing, humming, singing
As this little planet turns, ecstatically
In a symphony of galaxies and stars
Basking in the dayspring sun

How could I bury something
that never
died

Pull me apart and
use me.
We cannot be whole

Map the network
of my veins;
entangle
within me

We cannot escape
this orbit
but we could
crash together

There would be beauty in that

we light our bones on fire
using the wood of words
we cling to on foggy nights,
beneath the echo of flickering stars
we wish the sea wasn’t so heavy
that it didn’t carry too many
uncertainties so that we could sink
without the prospect of drowning
so that we could breathe underwater
for a long while and embrace a world
we aren’t accustomed to
i didn’t choose to be an animal
of the land especially when the sea
looks more like a promise than the trees
i hate the premise of being rooted
when all i want to do is float
to wash away with the scent
of the beach after we realise
what a curse it is to be human
the only thing that could
put out this fire is salt
but we are too busy burning ourselves
and lighting our planet
and we do so beneath the echo
of flickering stars as they watch
how sad it must be for them
to witness from afar
knowing there’s nothing
they can do to stop it
i know how that feels, too.

we light our bones on fire
using the wood of words we cling to
words we didn’t say;
should have said;
could have said differently;
on foggy nights when the sky is clouded
and it’s too late
we shouldn’t get to enjoy nice things
until we can look after the one
gifted to us when we were birthed
and ****** and screaming but alive
alive as the eyes of the earth tear up
at yet another miracle placed before it
a life
raised in the water of the womb
mother nature always has big plans
but i don’t think we are ready
i don’t think we are breathing
heavy enough to feel the weight
of the damage caused
when was the last time you smelt fresh air?
how i’d love to bury my body under the ocean
watch the star flicker at me
one last time as i did
knowing
i was going back to where i came from.
the planet is a mess
