He made his heart flame resistant, so no fire could march in and set it ablaze. It seemed like the perfect strategy to keep the unwanted out.

No Love, no joy, just sadness and tiredness.
But she. She was different. She walked into his life unannounced. She walked straight into his heart. She did something no one had ever done or attempted, she lit up his heart.
One day closed off, the next set ablaze by her.

He was confident he could make her happy, he was confident that would make him happy too.

She had problems from the others,
ones that she carried on her back every single day.
Loneliness, anxiety, and distrust were only a few animals that she carried each day.
He wanted to help her, he wanted to keep her happy.
He slowly took on a little of each, to help her carry that heavy load.
Soon he took those problems as his own, she unwilling, and unknowingly was destroying him.
He needed an out, he couldn't stay. He decided to leave and breathe for himself.

He lied to himself constantly looking in the mirror and seeing his fake reflection.
The reflection was perfectly fine, so he was too.
But in truth he was hurt, tired, and lonely.
New problems that arose for him were solitude, lonesome, and silence.

He realized he needed her back.
He loses his freedom when he returns to her, he can no longer fly.
But instead he gains a grasp over his problems, and knowledge of his time apart.
But did the girl who burnt his heart and set it ablaze, make him happy or content?

Did she really heal him?

A haven of brilliant colours lit up her eyes...
And her ears caught the faint murmur of an ancient song of the flower gods...
Her tender hands felt the papery body of her new friends...
And affectionately did she blow a kiss to their hearts...

She often wondered how her life had filled with such colours of the primroses...
That she had no chance of recalling the dungeon trapped days of her life...

Her world had become one with the blues, reds, yellows, oranges and violets of her new companions...

....

And this was how when he left her...
She never left herself!
Sometimes only nature has the ability to heal your cracking heart! Thank you for reading this! ❤

I left my man.

I walked away and they say that’s supposed to give you power.

I left my man.

I walked away, but I somehow I’m still afraid.
This poem is about leaving your abusive partner, but still having a feeling of no power and feeling weak. I left my abusive partner around this time last year and I am still trying to heal. Leave a comment and enjoy❤️❤️

It doesn’t seem to fade
Nor ever cease to invade
you never care to confront
Nor ready to take the brunt

Bring that side of yours
Dipped in biting cold
numb and growing old
Running afar from life

Let those waves from the ocean
Which lost its way to the shore
tickle those buried emotions
Which never kissed your eyes

Hold that scar with grit
Feed thy love till it chokes
And being it back to life
Than it was ever before

While the scar seems to fade
Slowly comes the wound
The one you can feel
The one only you can heal
Its about those unhealed wounds which have turned to scars. A poetic attempt to take those scars back in time to the stage of wound and heal them with love!

I'm here to heal your tired heart,
& tell you some simple things,
You might follow it once,
you'll feel it make you healed!

You need to understand, not all feel the same,
Relationships are beautiful my friend, they don't make you insane !

You can't force people to be with you even if you're a piece of gold,
Right people will come to you,
the moment they see you glow!

They'll empower you to be the best version of yourself,
they'll channelize you,
they'll channelize your stress !

I know you can't wait for such positive vibes,
but life's giving you time, to enjoy its adventures rides !

I know you're tired of feeling unimportant,
But life's giving you a chance,
to make yourself feel very important!

I know " how?",  Is the question you might ask!,
It's an "art", at which you all can surpass!

You need to understand that everyone is suffering,
You need to forgive all,
before your mind starts
Buffering!

If they rejected you,
thank them,
for they gave you an opportunity
to see something beyond them!

The universe is endless and your suffering is less than a drop,
You need to understand, that you too are infinity and something non-stop.
Healed a little bit???😊❤️
I know and understand your though times buddy!! All I can say is, Stay strong 💪
Coz, you too are infinity and non-stop.
#lotsoflove everyone!❤️

The seaside water heals
The sunlight glistening the health
Our ships have sailed
The ports have been abandoned
A bandaid covers the salt we’ve mixed
Our separate waves keeps us moving
Fishing for flowers to bloom a boat ahead
The direction is clear in the sleep of the storm

I feel awake sound asleep lately
Before hurricanes wrapped around my brain
The seaside water heals
I hear the light house is the halo
Hold me under, make me feel like an angel
While the light at the surface tears open our messenger bottles
Instead of me drowning in all these empty bottles
I’m graced with peace by the sunshine painted with pieces by the clouds

I arrive to the shore
I feel the sunshine
My feet are healed in the sea
My soul is cleared by the heat
The light house is a clear mirror
The flowers are planted in the sand
While I walk away my name is engraved
No longer sinking only bliss in me singing

You are a piece of art,
crafted with the most valuable materials.
A sword forged from perfection,
with blood stained tears;
from the times you had to stab your own heart.

I'll become the blacksmith,
crafting over dents to help you become whole again.
Using my own veins,
to stitch together every open wound,
you've left untouched.

day
****

it’s harder to keep track of the days
when the nights feel the same
and the sunrise carries yawns
stretched across her gentle horizon

the line between is harder to find
when you’re awake for all of it
careening yourself along the moons edge
taunting Luna to tame you

because nothing else seems to.

Long ago you left.
But not long enough.
You are a multiple.
Become a section of my brain.
You are haunting my dreams.

Left long ago.
But you’re still in my head.
You haven’t left scars.
These wounds are still open.
Bleeding.

Why did you have to be like that.
You were everting I was not.
Why did you have to ruin
The only bit of me I had.
Why have I let you win.

Did you even want to win?
Were you losing in your mind?
Often wondering,
What hurt you so much
That you had to hurt me?

I don’t want to give you sympathy.
But I can’t help it.
I hope your problems healed.
Did I help your wounds
Become scars?

I hope so.
Otherwise what was the point?
I’ll heal my own wounds.
I won’t be the cause of someones.
I don’t pass on my pain.
Title is an anagram.
