one day someone will sing you lyrics
of a song that you despise
and your heart would
still flutter
cause it's them.
you you you you you

We are nature's ***** of reproduction,
A new life begins inside us.
As our wings unfold,
the tiny petals one by one,
We expand our beauty,
From a bud to a flower,
From a child to a woman.
Sweet and succulent,
Butterflies and men around us flutter.
Exotic fragrance is our essence,
Colourful and elegant,
Seductive and ravishing,
Soft to tread on,
Abuse us not,
Or we wilt and die.
We delight the senses,
Bring a smile to the faces.
We, the flowers are a perfect gift for every occasion ,
To a mother, sister, daughter or lover,
As a bouquet, a wreath,a basket,
Expressing poetic sentiments.
Red roses, tulips and carnations,
A lover's gift.
Orange lilies and dahlias,
Hail memories of joy and happines,
Mother's Day,birthdays or special events.
A basket of yellow sunflowers,
daffodils and daisies,
Accompanied with gourmet, fruits and  chocolates,
Ideal for visiting the sick and friends.
Lilies , roses and chrysanthemums,
A wreath placed on a grave,
To respect the dead.
Last but not the least a bouquet of white orchids,
For newly wedded brides,
Pure and untouched.
We both are beautiful,
Lovely for sore eyes,
But, the lady has a soul,
We, the flowers have not.
Beautiful flowers and beautiful women are same, only flowers do not have a soul

wind flutters a leaf,
moth eaten in nice patterns;
dignity hides pain!

A time break,
Mellow moment
Fragrance of air,
Warm candles
Silent glances,
Hold the breath
Change the pitch
Nothing to say
An iconic fantasy
An inch proximity
Extra beats,
A high spirit
Directed path
Voyage to start
Destination, to be,
A Theme park.
Ultimately,
A naive Goosebumps,
Nostalgic,
Plz,“do not disturb”.
We don’t exist.

I watch these fleeting scenes flit behind my eyes.
Moments where I've captured you.
The silence is unbearable.
I can't undo hurt.
Taking blame is losing my pride.
I'd give it all.
I've thrown it all away.
You lie there, in a troubled slumber.
I brace for the next slide.
Trauma on replay.
Please don't leave.
It's only over once.

As the days are late
And time passes by
I stand here by the door
Waiting to catch your eye
A year has passed
A thousand dreams
A realm of kindness
A jealous feat
My eyes flutter
to see you here
As days pass by
without the tears
Time has come
And I want it still
Till the time my heart fulfills
Consumes the love
That was left
Incomplete
All this time
I wait and fear
This time to hold you near
All the time I try and try
Waiting by the door
To catch your eyes!
The wait is over he'll be here soon.. My wait is complete and so am I!!

With every beat
My fingers keep
Pace, with my
Restless heart
For fear, of how
You'll react
Will you stutter and start?
For I have outpoured words
While tapping fingers
Keep their pace
With my restless heart

A glimmer in his eyes of brown,
a smile that warms my heart,
A flutter in my stomach
on the days we are apart.

A pair of wings that sprout within
each time he takes my hand,
These are things I feel
because he's the bravest in the land.

I do not need a magic mirror,
nor a crystal ball.
I KNOW that he's most handsome
and the fairest one of all.

You'd known each other a few years
With each other you were at ease
You decided you wanted more
Entering her world like a cool
summer breeze
Time spent together
was a soft glowing light
Sweet words whispered
walks hand in hand
long conversations into the night
You made her feel safe and secure
with your charisma and charm
Introducing her to your family
Walking in arm in arm
When asked to meet her family
it caused you stress and alarm
Insecurities got the better of you
You panicked about what to do
So any sort of relationship
was shut down, snuffed out
out of the blue
Life's far to short and this I know
Not to take the reins of life and give somthings ago
People who like you for who you are
do not come round to often
So the dislike and disapproval of yourself needs to somewhat soften
You put her in a dismal place
 extinguishing that flame
You didn't call, didn't text
you did nothing
So she thought she was to blame
You should have thought long and hard before saying you'd give
things ago
Instead you came in
Made her heart flutter
Then left her feeling low
With age does come wisdom. Unfortunately for some not in areas of life
