some people float
they float like boats over the reoccurring waves in the silent ocean
they float like burning paper when it escapes the fire and the wind carries it into the night sky
i love that view
if you’ve downed a few bottles it almost looks like it’s dancing
a fiery flame that whips and dips and twirls
i could follow it until it burned to ash
floating, disappearing

i do not drink to forget
i drink to float
i love the feeling of being lost in a blurry night sky that’s glowing with fire light
the warmth of the heat
the smell of the fire and ***** and nature all mixed into one
the taste of the drinks as they get unrecognizable with each sip
the feeling of being there but also being elsewhere
floating
i need that escape when things become overwhelming
floating
laughing, watching, disappearing

it’s okay to float sometimes

Sometimes I stare through my window.
My reflection looks back at me.
Why do I sit all by myself?
No friends in such solitary.
Though I don't hate being alone.
I think it will drive me insane.
Why can't I be good on my own?
This life is like a cloudless rain.
Light wipes away all of my tears.
I see my shadows disappear.
I guess this means I'm not alone.
Good, cause that's something I do fear.
I always wanted a soulmate.
Sometimes I want it way too much.
I can't help getting so **** green.
It's when I see some couples touch.
I'm still alive, a shocking thing.
I never thought I'd live this long.
Now my hope is the next best thing.
I hope my life's not something wrong.
Maybe I will see happiness.
May he smile down onto me.
I can't really think much further.
I couldn't say what I would see.
Sometimes my life is like a dream.
Blowing away so silently.
Not that that's bad, it isn't so.
One day I will be truly free.

I wanted to sneak into
a space down the star
I couldn’t sleep in a night
Huh I was yet to get an
answer to a quiz why!

Though I showed a mirror
The moon floats in the night
gently, the dark could
mingles into the light.
But one couldn’t relay
My sweetie toyed it away!

As if no matter what if one
wishes so is free to sway.
Huh my sweetie toyed it away!

Did the Moon score
tapping in on the starry
night’s blackboard,
how many *****?
Who can tell, who can tell?
Though a cheering sun rises
In the end by the rose.
Myriads stars meltdown
in a stunner’s teardrop.
That stirs coming so close.
Yet is a dwarf over the ocean!

Touches the moon not
one that pulls the most.
The sea lives by the small earth
There is no law in love
My sweetie toyed it away!

Keep rolling, like sailing, rowing the science voyage.
Discovering a new discovery, then much happens:
a new crescent, new moon on a new turn is found,
yet a night to be invented eclipses it furthermore.

Will the voyage float at the newest dark energy frontier?
Will it now pierce verily the ******-skinned heaven’s last barrier
that divides the seen and unseen, holds the uncharted water?
Will it by design decode or recite the word, the language
the lock is coded in, the very command written on the stone?
Till then it won’t move, nor does one see the skin black or white,
and till then one won’t stop the sun lighting up the night!
The poem is from the book Zero and One: The Relativity of Science and Poetry available on Amazon.

i took a walk in the rain
found paths turned to streams
and crossed before the eyes
of those hiding from the rain

i might have dropped my body
in the running waters
on my way back

my heads so full of air
with no body to pull me down
i'm stuck floating away

Far and near
they are two stars
rose in the same orbit.

One shows up is a
dazzling shimmering sun.
One is so polished fine
as if the zenith is
zipped in zero bytes.

No grave can grasp
it in the end.
It has no end, no size
zero left to demise.

An ocean is no more
now is only a drop.
Now the ocean
is in a drop.

Still on the ground
walking the walk
but those giant feet
do not show up!

Can we hear it bending
the ear on the ground?
The orbits on the go
with the sun on the top
pile into the vibration within
only to float up a notch
then bends down once more.

Twisting wind whooshes,
Thunderstorm’s uncontrolled fits;
Town and country floats!

Weak minds
   block stronger voices.
for a voice that speaks
                              truths
always conflict with the
     rationalization of others
                             ignorance.

Never let lies seep beneath the
                          waters of truth
and float like away in the
   undercurrents of denial.

There are always layers to
                        truth..
But lies are only one layer
folded upon another getting
tighter and more unstable
with every moment its breathed.
