When a
Remorseful convert,
Astray that had gone far
Blemishing his /her soul
With Sin's tar,
Puts a broken heart
On the altar,
By far,
S/he could enjoy
God's grace
Or even
Win a higher place
In His face
Than a devotee,
Taking pride
In his/her deed,
Who oft mount
A spiritual war
Devil's way to bar.

It is with
A broken heart
The culprit
Hanged by the right
Of Jesus Christ
Got to Eden's garden First
Though Adam,Moses,
Abraham, Job
And others were
Top on the short list.

It is by the virtue of
Their determination
Sinful ways to quit
Zacchaeus and
Mary Magdalene
Were seen fit
Than the hypocrite!

It is this line
From genesis
To revelation
God labours to bring
To our attention
So with conviction
Let us pray for
Our soul's resurrection.

Of course, no doubt,
Our devotion could buttress
Our chance to enjoy
His mercifulness!//

Every day, every second,
Every moment,
I try shutting you out of my mind.

But, every day, every second,
Every moment,
I see you when I shut my eyes.

So, every day, every second,
Every moment,
You shut me behind these mirrors
Of faithful reflection.

And, every day every second,
Every moment,
I shut myself behind these bars,
Resisting myself from reaching you

It's two minutes past the deadline
The coffee he spilled has seeped into the wooden table
As if leaving a masterpiece of stains would somehow make it right
The boom caused by the implosion of his future still echoes in his head
As he lifts himself from the shallow puddle of confidence
That has almost dried up whole
The dirt under his fingernails is a reminder
Of the time he spent trying
To get this tree of missed chances and what-ifs
To grow again
His car keys and his passport he uncovers
From under a pile of broken promises
Maybe he can push back time
Following the sun
Written for an assignment to write something very different than wat you usually write, imposing a rule upon yourself to do the opposite of your usual style.

Is it easy to fall in love
when you see him just like that?

Is it easy to fall in love
when you just met him in an instant?

Is it easy to fall in love
when you got to know him better?

Is it easy to fall in love
when he simply asks you to be yours?

Is it easy to fall in love
when you do it anytime he wants?

Is it really easy to fall in love
knowing you are the second woman?

It ran between both realms each was a track
One of darkness, One of light.
Every soul waited on the verge,
A precipice of the fallen waited
Purgatory was for those unable to wait
Descending
Plunging
Ebbing
In to the ether, as if drowning in nothing
Then gone. They still waited as the train
Pulled in, First class was the light, pristine
Setting classical music reverberated
With delicate tones.
Second class, dilapidated seats standing
Were most as so many to fit in.
Some rode on top, not knowing the dangers as
Reapers like crows flew above, food
For the cloak, all were game as they
picked bone teeth.
The Soul train was never on time,

"Tickets please,

The conductor bellowed out,
That feather given at last heartbeat,
But some lost in that terminal moment.
Out in to the wilds where all manner of
Super naturals waited.
Hell hounds ripping souls like tissue paper
No longer at peace, but pieces ingested a worst fate,
Feral angels, thoughts of help, absorbing there souls
More consumed the more insane they fell.

"Last stop, seats please,

Was spoken out, as each carriage dethatched,
First class was engulfed in an ether of light, gently
Stopping caressed by clouds of white.
Second class was jolted as engulfed by brimstone
Flame, screams were swallowed as the carriage
Exploded and all souls were caged in eternal flame.
The soul train will ride again, which carriage
Will you ride, depends on the toils of your life.

Stars-there only light in the sky.
But what if there a resemblance of those who have
died showing their souls in the sky.
Painting a picture in the sky.
Make art with their light.
No matter how far down you get pushed down
to the forest of darkness.
You die with the light in your heart and are realesed.
And made once again.
Your light stays in the sky to paint your picture.
Then your welcomed back in the world for a second chance.

Every day you wake up.
Are you the same when you close your eyes at the end of the day?
Look back just the day before are things still the same they were?
Now look back a week ago.
Are things still the same?
Now do something.
Reading this right now the time you taking right this second.
The second you eyes see these words.
Are you still the same right now.
Now do something else.
Go get a picture from when you where younger.
Or even a month ago or last year whenever but a picture from some time ago.
Look into a mirror.
Stare at your reflection well,
Now look at that picture stare at yourself start at that picture for while.
After a while.
Look back into that mirror and think did things change?
What's all happened?
Ask yourself this.
Am i still the same i was just this morning?
Am i still the same i was yesterday?
Am i still the same i was a month ago?
Am i still the same i was a year ago?
Am i still the same i was before reading this?
Are you?

I know my answers now what are yours?

Look at all the branches falling to your feet
Let them be a story for every heart that beats
Not about the breaking or laying on the ground
Rather more the tree that gave your life a sound
Stop with all the thinking in backward ticking clocks
Free the hands you're given and time will never stop
If you be a servant death will pass you by
Take you in the moment the world removes the sky
Parts of you are given, none of you impaired
Everything you're made of collected with you there
Chances are intruders if you fail to choose
Black and blue and broken, darker than a bruise
Fight the way it taught you, that little heart of yours
A Second Tree is waiting just as it was before
You are waiting

10w.
if I could capture every smile--
every wayward expression--
these lines would never end

for,
in a fraction of a second,
you have won my heart a thousand times over.
