angels were dancing
underneath the violet sky
they had found the light

drops fell to the ground
while the sun was beaming

“c’est trop beau!”
they sang
at the end of the rainbow

he had
        never               experienced the glow before

her love
        reigned on him
        showered         him with    sunlight kisses

and he

he held the reign bow in his hands

interesting to use homonyms now and again.  this is, i think rather obvious, but if not reign, rather than rain alludes to who wears the pants, tiara and sits on the throne with the septor!

Our world today shines much brighter
the month ahead is Ramadan!
Blooming upon us is the best of the months
Ahlan wa sahlan ya Ramadan!

Chockablock with pure blessings
is the oasis in the opulence.
Bountifully raised dizzying high
comes with the Night of Measures
better than a thousand months.
Ahlan wa sahlan ya Ramadan!

Everyone, near and far
only look up high!
No rainbow can outshine
the finest face of the serene moon
is about to show up.
Welcome it loud with the whole heart
Ahlan wa sahlan ya Ramadan!

As I lay awake one evening,
with thoughts speeding through my head;
I knew sleep was evading me,
so I wrote this poem instead.
~
It did not come quite easily,
as the poems I've penned before;
But I knew that I had much to say,
so I continued to write some more.
~
I lacked an idea or topic,
was I penning this poem in vain;
Then I began to contemplate,
the sun, the moon, and the rain.
~
Deep within my troubled Soul,
Christ Jesus came to my mind;
He who created the moon to glow,
and the sun in the Heavens to shine.
~
He calmed the storm with His hand,
as He calms the storms in my life;
He made a miraculous Rainbow,
and the stars to twinkle at night.
~
I then began to see Jesus,
in the trees, the grass, and the sky;
Thus I began to see clearly,
God's handiwork in my own life.

Odd like a sand in concrete,
The heart without you is just discrete.
Trying to get the pieces together,
Broken because nothing really last forever.
The purple light of the eve, refracts through my dull soul
Providing me with memories old, I used to hold.
I'm just a monochromatic rainbow,
The colors of life, I refrain
Cause I'm used to live with the pain,
Like a fragile glass in flames...
A broken tale about somebody who's broken.

Look at the stars, they have a soul
being right above each night,
Twinkling; forcing us to be lost into them
they'll never disappoint you

Look at the rain, it has soul too
the drops fall from the heavens
and the earth celebrates its arrival
it'll never let you down

You've been busy with the humans
been busy getting disappointed
My dear, most of them
do not have a soul

Look at the rainbow, the love of a mother,
the morning dew and the light of a candle
they all have a soul
that won't disappoint you

Be surrounded with them
and the beings with soul
will themselves be driven to you.
I am at a stage in my life where I do not have time to waste on shallowness, narrow mindedness, things that are ugly and the things that do not have a SOUL.

Just a moment with a rose
that may come with a dew or so!
Ah, thousand and one fairy nymphs
wait for that sweet mo.

That moment painting the sky all blue
the sun hanging low
down the cool rainbow
will roll into an upspring water drop.

Oh, save a dew on the rose
if only one knew from
what a spring does it float!

Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
I watch her laugh. I cry hello.
Red
Red is the rose
and the polish on my toes

Red is the kiss on my cheek
and my dress– truly chic

Red is also blood
and bodies in the mud

Red is red
Love and dead.
Clouds in the sky
Sparkling stars
Skin of a corpse
Faded scars

Doves in the snow
Howlite stones
Powdered ash
Dried up bones

Purity and emptiness
Pale and bright
Serenity and grief
The color white.
