watch over the colony
shedding their lives
to pay for a lend

cover your ears
don't humor the calls
but cully the fear

"please, we are freezing
there's not enough food
our children are ill"

hush little ones
your leaders have failed
shame on the lot

this is your trial
and We are the judges

today i fina try again
and it don't mean you ain't my friend
i'm moving on, i'm moving past
the things i thought would always last

to say i'm scared is to understate
do have this feeling that i'm tempting fate
but bold i go and deep i dive
to find my soul... it's still alive

i spread my wings and off i fly
i fina live before i die
embrace my spirit, up my game
rekindle my forsaken flame

today i fina start anew
unlearn again all that i knew
i dare to dream, i dare to do
try and keep up - i dare you

A cup of promise
A cup of wrath
One cup he offers
One cup he took

hyacinthus, i am selfish
everyone already knows that
i would sacrifice the world for you
and not once consider turning back

the flowers you weaved into wreaths when
we were two boys in love with each other
they sat like crowns upon our heads
we were just two kings in a field of flowers

aphrodite warned me what was written in stone
that my father had given only one throne
she warned me that it could never fit two kings
but when my gaze landed on you, i disagreed

for you, i would have offered my throne
for you, i would have traded my crown
for you, i would have sacrificed the world
for you by my side, i would have let it all burn down

but for you, hyacinthus,
i will also learn to be selfless
i will listen to your soft, dying words
and upon river styx, i will promise:

i will not tear the world apart
to have you by my side again
i will be bitter, i will be vengeful
but i will not act upon my vengeance

for the sake of this undeserving world
for my love towards you, i will be selfless
for the sake of your dying wish, hyacinthus,
i will swear, i will promise:

i will let you go softly,
i will not be selfish,
i will let you go gently, my love—
gently, but not unnoticed
So yeah this is a slight retelling of the story of Apollo and Hyacinthus
Hopefully, you get the reference in the last line...
but if you don't, basically here's what happens:
- Apollo gets very upset that Hyacinthus dies
- Apollo doesn't let Hades collect Hyacinthus's soul
- Instead Apollo turns Hyacinthus into a hyacinth flower because he loves him
Sorry I keep writing about tragedies
I just love having my heart hurt

That one corner
In your closet
Where you just sit
And think

She told me to stop. I promised her I would.

That one corner
In your closet
That you're always
Trapped in
Hi.

Do good today
for a better tomorrow.

Since God promised

Every day with you is promising,
Your beautiful soul caught my attention
I sure need your lovely heart
You give me this unconditional love
****, I may be falling harder than I thought

I promise to love you,
Every day that will last forever
This beautiful world lead us to each other
I sure want this for a lifetime
****, I better marry you
I hope this could be it, haha

what if there was a lock with no key to throw away?
what if it could be sealed with no lips having a taste?
what if it held your words with no rope to tie it down?
what if it can be made with just words with no sound?
everything was built through a promise. so don't break it, because a promise is a promise and I only believe it because you're the one who made it. don't be like them, I hope to god that you're not like them. eating their words until they're full while I'm empty and broken.

You may not have been a lifetime partner,
But you’re a lifetime experience
In another lifetime

Fallen people are the common ground,
Relentless pursuits of no avail,
Desperate illusions of a promised land,
Flaying limbs no hands that join,
No hope no help no heaven;
Falling people screaming without a sound.
