Peal back the crust built over my eye.
Spread it open, let it adjust to the light. Let it see the world all anew.

I dance in starlight. Moving to the sound of the whistling trees.
I feel every blade of grass touching me.
I smell all the flowers reaching up to me.
I taste the fruit bared by the plant for me.
I gaze upon its infinite beauty.

I move in sequence to the change of the weather. I don’t try and alter it, but rather change with it.
Born in autumn, born again in winter, born again in spring, born again in summer.

I ****** in the bitter smoke
and I realized
this is not what I want
I’m becoming
so hurt
so cold
but I will not become it
the sun is still shining
and there is still the smallest amount of hope

I was happy. I was broken. I struggled through hell. Broken again. Found myself. I am happy. Memories sting..



But now I fly on silver wings..
Born of laughter-goldened hope..

I feel so close to the Pilot Poet who touched the face of God..

For I have been through hells unimaginable in only 25 years stalemating with my fears.. But conquered the worst ones that force-shed my tears

And I'm still here

I had to work for it..

So happy I wanna cry..

Its strength unbreakable tempered by life's long miles..

So to find or create your own..

Focus on you.. You got this..

Look at her

Mind:
Maybe a smile
that would have drowned in a sea of tears
but to the surface, managed to paddle through-
A smile without compromise,
that reveals for a moment, all of you

Sometimes,
I don't need your advices.
I don't need you to tell me
sunshine and rainbows.
I don't always need you
to tell me the positive side
and what's better.

Sometimes I just want you understand
my pain as it is - raw and painful.
I just need you to acknowledge my pain
for what it is
and let me feel it.

Because sometimes,
all I need is
an understanding heart
patient ear
and support to hold onto.

You don't truly know yourself
until you've been through hell
and had the strength and courage
to rise with the swell.

Dig your heels in,
stop the slide,
claw your way up
and don't drown in the tide

Don't let your mind drift
allowing pessimistic thoughts and emotions
to cloud your head
flooding your brain like an ocean.

Stomp out that negative voice
you've been dying to hide.
Fight to reclaim who you are
and enjoy the ride.

Fight back to the world of the living,
back to the sun,
rebirth of the strong woman
God destined you to become.
