How can losing any part of ourselves bring us down to our knees so quickly and with so much force? As if the laws of gravity hold true not only for the tangible, but for the intangible as well.

We seem to believe that "losing" or "lacking" only means that something is taken away from us. We forget that when a part of ourselves is ripped away, more of those parts grow back stronger and heavier. Just as our muscles are torn and repaired, our souls work the same way.

You may think you're lacking-- but in truth, you're getting stronger.

this world confuses me so.
we are all made equal without ever really being equal at anything comparable side by side. in fact we aren't.
we are told to respect others while they could never in a million years respect us and what we believe. we can barely respect ourselves.
we are expected to build up our soul from others with the known thought that the very first soul was alone, yet we still are told that we have to have someone to accent us. we never do, but we still choose to believe so.
we were each molded differently like a potter molding his masterpieces, but due to reflections and gravity, the idea of beauty and ugliness haunts our every action. we could never get the thought that we were beautiful past our ears to begin with.
we are told to take a leap of faith by the only people who haven't ever taken one themselves as they sit and wait for a terrible outcome, so they can move along thinking they made the right choice to stay put. the only way to move forward is to actually move yourself, not watch others move for you.

Close to horizon
Edge flows, steep gravity wells,
Curving lines of sight.

gravity is obssessed
with pulling everyone down.

may it be to hurt others
by letting them fall in and out of love.

or to see them never get up again.
for the past centuries
up until now,
gravity laughs at his victims
over and over again.

We’re all alone in our minds.

Don’t be afraid,

There’s plenty of space to move around.

It’s your home, and a home needs to be renovated, maintained, lived in.

Strong foundation.

It’s your universe, your reality.

Take control, tweak the dials, bend gravity.

Starlight illuminates the heart.
I leapt ahead,
leaving my tread,
in a sense of dread
hanging overhead,
floating, aimless;
flying, wingless;
the sky, cloudless;
the future, clueless.
I couldn’t look down,
or graze the ground, felt
my systems, breaking down;
my soul, in sorrows drown;
my life, upside down; but-
my faith, ne’er dies down.

The gravity of the moon
never gives up trying
to pull the ocean closer
to his surface,
and no matter how far you are
I promise to do the same
for you.
so my friend asked me to write a poem on the spot and this cheesiness came out of it hahaha

Each star glistens to the cadence of my radiant soul.
I am beyond the apogee of any mass.
Feel my glow.
luminescent is my existence.
Vows of peace echo with persistence.
It echoes where time does not command.
Floating through the guilded gate with love in hand.
Purify me with your presence.
Eternal love is your essence.
I feel it now; I knew I would.
Reunited with what is good.

You got the winter of Mars in your eyes
I can feel the coldness of it
You've got the perfect nose
I perceive everytime we kiss

Evasive I have been;
I let your planet orbit around me
And allow you to conquer my observatory
A fluctuation
In Earth's shadow
Then you stare on my stars
While the great comet elapse once more.

You hold my hands tenderly
And let go of Milky Way galaxy
"Mars no more" I say
You kiss my spots and answer me
*"Let me fall with your gravity"
I want to go at the end of the rainbow and take the *** of golds,
but how can I get there if the rainbow is a full circle?

I want to ride a unicorn,
but all we have is a horse that cannot fly

I want to play at the clouds and feel the fresh air,
But they say that there is no oxygen that we could not even survive there

Wish I could fly,
but gravity always pull me off the ground

Been dreaming for my prince charming,
But this ain't a fairytale

Wish that I didn't knew all of these
And continue living on my own wonderland
"If ignorance is a bliss, why do we seek knowledge?" My history teacher asked us this question one time and I cant get it off of my mind.
