Do the good you can
wherever you go,
shine a light
like a beacon
of hope.
Listen to the voices that speak faith
not fear.
Take whatever is given unto you,
let it bless everyone's atmosphere.
And where your darkest battles have happened.
Where your faith once fell short.
Will become the place of gladness,
where waves of Joy crash upon the shores.
You can shine upon your brother's sadness
and bring him with you to the Lord.
May our God make impossible things happen.
Of this I am sure.
Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed

Isn't about the hatred of another person
Isn't about screaming opinions at the top of your lungs
Isn't about attacking others

Social Justice
Is about standing in the middle of a crowded room and shouting what's right as they shout what's wrong
Words flowing
Blood pumping

Screaming about Baltimore and Ferguson
White people crying wolf while blacks cry fear

Social Justice
Is the construct that is refused because it's right
And we know it's right
But refuse to believe it in all of its glory

Like a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him

all of you,
watch us!
as we, united,
stand
under the blinding lights
of pride
and glory.

we will reach our rightful victory!

You go for more or settle for less
Run after them or go at your own pace
You can climb higher and higher
You can always get what you want
None should tell you that you can't
If you can proceed, you shouldn't retire
You can soar higher than the sky
You can poke your limits in the eye
Ahead lies a wonderful reward
Go for it, focus on moving forward
You can change your little story
By constructing yourself greater glory
Navigate the icy unchattered waters
You can go beyond the definate borders
Nothing about their words matters
You can disapprove your doubters
You can hit the spot, if you truly aim
You can change the rules of the game
Notes (optional)
music can be powerful and strong
music can be great
music has been around so long,
music is my fate…
one day i will be a legend
with a taste for melodious sound,
people will shiver at the mention
of william the great and profound
music is a great way to achieve glory, but i will never let it cloud my judgment, or make me a different person
My lovely voice can carry, and carry it will
For her voice is scary, and hateful, and shrill
I’ll protect humanity with sounds so pleasant
And drown out her screaming; like a dying pheasant
And i’ll be the hero, and i’ll have the fame
And she’ll go down in history as a woman with no name
love me in my petty sleep, for i'll be with you soon
Love me in my coma creep, love me like the moon.
Glorify my name as i would have done for you
Petrify the trespassers, I would have done that too.
Now forgive me as i pass on to my next life
For i could not have forgiven you, had you turned out my wife
Glory is immortality
under a different name
An eternity of being loved
An eternity of fame

All sacred scriptures were written to turn the mind towards God
who is always to be found within each heart, isn't that quite odd?
They all tell of a different way or perspective of knowing that Glory;
each usually trying to make out as if theirs is the only or best story.
