Smokey charred fingers, wrapping tightly around loose strung souls.
That yelp and whine with every tug, a cord of music out of tune.
Smug smiles, and cautious laughs, fill stale and heartless air.
As stone hearts rumble and crumble, and false facades fall.
The tears and bruises fade, leaving behind warmth and home.

Burnt ochre, brittle     and blackened since bloom.
In death's repose, the     roses are refined.

Time present is that
what you make of it.
Time future is the
great abundant unknown
to those that search
for a new soul.
Time pasts will always
be present in time future.

Do not dwell in
the things you will
never know.
Just look around,
take things slow.
Memories will echo,
the paths that of which
you chose to never go.

Kiss them in dreams,
turn back time in
the areas you wish
to not feel the need to bleed.
Don't lose focus,
this is but a game of
a magical circus.

Know all along,
you are better than
what anyone perceives
you as for so long.
Delusion is a must to live a happy life.
Grabbing at tethered ends,
it'd leave blisters on the skin.
Left alone to pop them,
wander til you find all the dreams
in a rose garden made for thee.

Class action
**** the faction, fender bending
Render useless
Car crash contusions
bruised, burnt, alive
Crying from the pain
Pail full of optional rain
Falling unjustly
Criminals mostly understand
Benefits eat up micromanage nymphos
Following photos sold and *******
Getting ****** time and time again
Sawed off block head
Chopping block
Reset
Rest again

Hospital bed
...

I woke up crying

Time to try something new
New age medicine
Stomach out the world
Something out the blue
Moving too much
Shut the **** up
Blunderbuss meets bell
Barely able to hear
Noisy as hell
Death is quite near
Airbag lining
Windbag silence

Far too much

Plastic in my lungs
Wind for the sails
Bailing out the titanic with a pail
Pale, like formaldehyde
Toxin lawsuit

Not a drop to spare

Do you got the time
Nine months to a dime
Rebirth is off the table
Eat the pie (If you're able)
******* mistake
I misspoke
Slowpoke, speed up
Runt
Get stunted from birth
Mirth in the face of change
The fire's still burning
If you'd sacrifice a turn
I'd be more than grateful if you could

Rain on my parade
For a ounce of gold
Cleaning out my brain
And the thoughts untold
Over protective claims
And I'm lying back
Lying bout my name
Just to make it back

Wired shut jaw
I mean that two ways
Split it up right
Money and pain
Bored

Honestly, I've never felt alone
My thoughts keep hitting a depressing tone
Light in life, keep it light
Fear the dark, keep it right
People make me lose my ****
I've long since had my finger on it
There's something to be said about solitude
Mental gymnist mindset feud

I've been fed too much too long
Now its all I can taste
Fall in line or fall apart
The choice; voicless restless ill never make
Structurally sound, yeah maybe so
The footing never lets me down
But walls I cannot abide
Living life or letting die

Can't have it both ways
Shameful
What a **** shame
So ungrateful
Sitting bankrupt, linen table
I won the world and still feel
Like someone somewhere owes me something
Take the second
Grasp it
Something you would have sooner wasted
Self reflect
Can you taste it?

It might not be up to you
But either way you get to choose
Its like three in the morning

standing by the ashes
of his burnt wings ...
he got his answers,
why icarus was told
never to fly too low
or too high ...
but love never understands ...
or does it ?? .

The sun stole the daylight from her eyes
He blinded her to reality
Drove her to insanity

His brilliance was meant to protect
To heal to cure
To banish ills
To drive out demons that roamed the earth

The Sun in all his glory
Did that to her?

Blinded by his sheer magnificence
She stumbled in to darkness,
His was a light so bright
That it left her without sight

Is it so ? They mocked her!
Is it so, she asked herself
Can something that is meant to protect
Also take your life?
or drive you blind?

Who would believe her?
Who could she take her plea to?
They'd call her insane
And counter blame.

You are stupid! They'd say
To play with fire
To fly too close to the sun
Which fool did inspire?

So she went back into her cocoon
Her shelter, never to return, never to falter
She was scathed, her soul a cinder
Her heart a hole, her mind a blender.
If you needed light
I would bring you the sun
As I sat there with my hands burnt
