Oh, young sunflower!
facing east towards the Sun.
You follow her for hours,
till dusk when day's done.
Her light shines bright;
colors -- vivid and deep.
But when her light ebbs
do you droop and weep?

This femme fatale
A girl that captures
She be bright and skin tight
Shiny white with youth implied
Conversing in quirky loops
As we jump through her hoops
Slowly showing error codes
Could it be the alcohol
Clap snap of bear traps
Broken from within
Signs of white lines that fracture
Reactions to vast echoes of her past
Trauma tinged before the dawn
Soft but informed
A hardened persona with claws

Light walks into my life,
Like a shining stone at some height.
It show the path and made it bright.
Whenever I find myself in dark, it came to show right sight.
My strength is in me, it taught and made me strong to fight.
light, the source of which is unknown but most of us has encountered it once or more which tell us what is righteous to be done, we doubt it first, but at the end it was right.

The future is bright,
For Africa has light.
To light the future.
The continent of the future,
Recovers from the colonial plight
And is bound to take a flight
To the green pasture
Of economic rapture,
With lights all night.
And seasons of delight.
The continent of the future
Holds the key to the future
Vision of Africa

One day
I hope to
breathe in
moonlight
without feeling
dim
in comparison.
though we're in theses darkest days
let's not lose the morrow's light
when it arrives we will see
a bright horizon
The poem is based on the Coronavirus.
on the lake's water
glimmering diamonds bounced
their bright reflections

The sun is out till dusk
He bathes me with love all day
His soft yellow light touches my skin
The Warm feelings rushes down my body
I can't find the words
I can't find the words to tell her how much I love him
He makes me believe love still exists
Just because he left at dusk to sleep he is never gone he's always there
Hes there even when it rains he's still there
I may not see him but I know he's still there

diamonds were what I could never be.
but as night fell; I outshined the moonlight.
now, diamonds dream of being me
