Sitting with you
at a table for two
you read poetry
I brought us coffee
You glance at me
I hear the humming of a bee
yet its flight unseen
the trees are green
a smile
and all the while
the sky is blue
clouds see-through
the air feels light
your hands are in my sight
you read a line
"this moment is mine,
this is perfect bliss"
I lean in for a kiss

Tell me Eve, how did that apple taste
was it the sweetest thing, or just a rotten waste?
You were banished and told paradise would be yours never,
but God didn't realize that with Adam you were in Heaven forever.

Did the tree shine bright under glorious rays of sun,
and did you happen to pick the shiniest one?
They claimed it was perfection, but you knew nothing could compare
to that feeling of blissful completion with your Adam there.

This world is only Hell if you don't find your person,
except when missing them, then the situation can worsen,
and you'll feel completeness with just one warm kiss,
luckily it's just enough to know that that person does exist.

Tell me Adam, how did it feel
to see your sweet Eve's lips brush on that apple peel?
Were your brutally stabbed by the cold sting of jealousy,
or were you proud she grabbed that forbidden delicacy?

This world is only Hell if you don't find your person,
only when you're kept from them, do you feel like you're cursed and,
when they return, you'll finally know real true bliss,
luckily it's just enough to know that that person does exist.

Tell me Eve, how did that apple taste
did you savor it or devour it in haste?
You were banished and told you'd face only stormy weather
but God didn't realize that with Adam you were in Heaven forever.

A whirlwind of dry, colorful leaves float to the sky
As the breeze picks up, birds start to fly
Autumn trees dance along,
As if it were a song.
The sun casts their shadows on the chilly ground.

If you can’t

Unleash the trust
Embrace the flame
Cherish this bliss
Redefine hope
Believe in forever
or
Feel a home

Who am I to you?

If you can't
Who am I to you?
Genre: Abstract
Theme: Who are strangers? Why are they strangers?

There's a silence
my senses aren't familiar with
but not one in defiance
less a silence, maybe more a bliss

You must know
all I've met were loud
creatures of big words, a big show
and so very proud

Of this quietness I know so little
all that shouting, felt like I had to go through with it
always finding myself in the middle
deafening noises in an endless pit

There's a silence
though I adore it I never wore it
quite as well as I could have
But now I sense an alliance
within this noiseless place in which we sit

Almost felt offended by the lack of words
but I make peace eventually, realizing
not silence but the emptiness of noise is what hurts
and though this silence still at times feels paralyzing

I know now more of honesty
no glass words to see through
an impeccable decency
is what I want to believe is true

There's a silence,
which is a calmness,
that makes me feel safe
from the mess

Sometimes i wish for a moment of bliss.
The world echoes so violently behind me,
That i craved it.
Yearned for it.

To me it became a rare commodity,
One that kept bay the insanity.
Ideas scattered like loose pages across the floor,
Were now bound by thought.

But this world...
It does not give you what you wish,
But rather what it wishes to give you.
So i cherish what solace i find,
Always in search of another moment to unwind.

I want to make people laugh
And as their eyes dance
I sing inbetween the rhythm
Of a half naked clown
Another poetry lit

As you may presume
I have a knack for the gloom
But uh uh my wicked bunny
Trix are for rabbits and
Laughter for the kids

So eat your heart out
Pull out your tounge
Make your soul bliss
As laughter hangs from above

And kiss the stars again
As the night returns its moon
To the window in time
Whom we'd all like to meet
Again soon

Sun is bright enough to stretch that beautiful smile on her face.
Intense enough, to make her believe the beads, pearls & diamonds were always the the sun’s rays.
She gazed out of the window while flying, caught her sight at the round shiny star, picturing what would be her future days.
Her faith in the sun was at its peak, as it has always have been while tears rolled down her cheek, carrying immense sorrow and pain.
Never imagined, the brightest start in sky could become her best friend.

The moment clouds emerged and guarded the sun, she became gloomy. Awaiting her star to return, outshine and restore her faith in love.
The sky seemed so clear, just like a pure bright sun and her dreams were very big, again like that pure bright sun.
The clouds did not fade, but shined along, all thanks to her dear friend, the bright sun.
Her relaxing seat on the airplane, couldn’t do much because she gazed out of the window, kept looking at the pure bright sun to come.

Little did she know that her closeness with the sun would enhance so much. The soothing sky, beautiful clouds and her thoughts shined like the pure bright sun.
She forgets the agony, angst, sorrows, worries & gloominess, all thanks to her friend, the pure bright sun.

Death like all things
Are a simple state
Permanent in most
But subtle in others

Eternal peace must be achieved
Before death can be final
A life of wealth and luxury
Can never find peace of mind

Nor can a life of sorrow and misery
Find balance in all things
Life is a path in which to follow
We must choose the right path

Or we suffer eternal damnation
Fighting amongst our brothers
Spouting words of hate
Will never bring one salvation

Words of truth and love
Hope with all things
We attain everlasting peace
For there has to be a balance

Life must come with sorrow
As it also comes with bliss
Abandon all you don’t need
And share upon those who don’t have

Leave not in a state of anguish
But in a state of calmness
Shed the unnecessary
And bring only love

For when these things are at one
We find ultimate truth
Hidden in the mind
For us to truly see

Thinking of you as of the moment
You save my heart from torment
Coz the past leave my soul in fragments
To see you is pure bliss and excitement.

Darling, I've been locked up in solitude
Thank you for bringing me to altitude
For loving me despite my flawed attitude
Facing life's struggles, we must possess fortitude.

You're my sweetest downfall
I could give you my all
The world's really small
Our heart's taking its toll.

We have a lifetime to prove
That love is forever, we groove.
Listens to each other's heartbeats, we move
Hear my heart saying "lub-dub".
