I can't help but relentlessly plead for a time capsule so that I could meet you sooner. If I had, I wouldn't have fell for that guy on the soccer team who began to take his anger out on me, instead of the sport.  And he wouldn't have had the chance to break my phone and give me a black eye for adding a picture of a concert to Instagram.  I wouldn't have flunked my first year of college because I was too busy doing drugs in hopes of feeling happier.  I would have spent my time kissing you and screaming out I love you, instead of using my mouth for excessive amounts of alcohol and pills.  And maybe I would have never cut or burned myself in hopes of growing prettier skin back throughout high school.  I would have learned to love myself a lot sooner.  However, I can't help but be thankful for these experiences and gracious my wish has yet to come true.  Looking back, I realize each and every one has given me a healthier, more positive mind-set.

"Come"
Back? To where
your papercut smile,
sliced our story into
shreds?
                               "Back"
                                   To midnight maliciousness?
                                    Painted eyes with those
                                      pathetic words you call "Promises"?

                                                                                         "Please come back"

                                                                                     Here we go. Again.
Once is not enough, Twice neither. Three times? Maybe.

I've never wanted to beg for anyone back
But I'm on my hands and knees for you.
Phantom Poet Mar 2016
My heart is broken,
My heart is frozen,
Now I cannot feel,
I don't feel like eating any meal,
My life spins on a movie reel,
This is a big deal,
In front of God I kneel,
Begging like a seal,
To again make me feel,
To thaw my frozen heart,
To again start,
I ask for a clean slate,
I don't want it to be too late,
My life so far is not great,
Or is this my ruined fate? ,
I ask nothing more,
But a lifelong soulmate.
Well one thing I'm satisfied about

She knew the love was dead when She could count more "I'm sorry's" than "I love you's"
There comes a time in every mans life,
When he must acknowledge his insolence.
Understand that he has no point to argue any longer,
That all he is doing is going off on a tangent that has no  meaning.

*You needed better than me.
Someone I just couldnt seem to be,
Now you've fallen away from my grip,
All I can do now is sit here and watch us slip.

I'm sorry I never tried
I'm sorry I only cried

Why give effort to someone who doesn't even give an ounce of it for you?

Because effort gives mercy points.
I saw this on a desk from my class.. this is not mine. just posted it here cause I feel the same.

I could see it as you turn away.
Still clearly you could hear me say.
Don't leave, don't give up on me.
This isn't who I'm meant to be.
And yet onward you go.
A heart made of stone.
Ears deaf to my tone.
My pleading, my crying.
My bleeding, my dying.
Life wasn't supposed to be this way.
With me broken and you far away.
What hope is there for me?
I fall down on my knees.
Crying for the light.
Consumed by the night.
The future looks bleak.
As you forget about me.
The promises you made.
Like shadows they fade.
White and black become gray.
As I struggle to find my way.
Don't leave, don't give up on me.
This wasn't how it was meant to be.

she flayed herself open
at the alter of his brown eyes.
begging him
to burn off the cold.

They stood on a bottle littered floor. As the others violently shook to the vibrations of the music, they stood still. Warm blue eyes meet cold brown eyes. The black devours the colors as stares grow more and more lustful. All of the sudden, her cold body turns colder. She looks at him, lust turned to gloom. Her heart begs him for warmth. Her legs feel weak. Arms feel heavy. She falls back, hopping he'll catch her. Yet she smacks right onto the ground. Glass shatters. He looks at her one last time and turns to a pair of warm brown eyes. Cold brown eyes freeze on the scenery unraveling in front of her.
