Once we were young,
Simple toys we had for fun,
An old stuffed dog was a fave,
A much loved toy, give her a wave,
No eyes, fur all rubbed off on she,
Oh, those old childhood memories,
Simple toys for my sisters and me,
We all made our own toy story,
Once we were all so young,
Guess we made our own kind of fun.....
Feedback welcome.

So tell me I wasn’t just a summer game
Tell me that you still feel the same
Tell me (again) that you have sympathies for me
Tell me that it’s not just “you” and “me”, but “we”
Tell me that there’s something wrong with your phone, that it’s broken
‘Cause you know (fair well) that I’m sensitive, don’t leave me heartbroken

Can you speak?
It’s okay even if you call me a freak
Just call
I’m still waiting and it’s already Fall

But no... You wanted to play
A game to occupy you for the summer not just a day
And you chose me to be that toy
That would make your summer joy

I know, next summer you’ll talk about me and laugh
You’ll tell the story, though you don’t know even the half
The half in which I could give you all
While you were using me as your doll
To play with only when you wanted to
The half in which I believed your every word was true
And... You’re good with lies, I’m sure you know
That’s why it was easy for you, to play your show
You don’t know half the story that you think
And, though I too thought that we don’t sync
At least I tried to make it work, to make you happy
While you thought only about youself, you never looked at me
And I tried
Now where’s your pride
Can you look me in the eye?
Give me some excuse, tell another lie
It was always just you
From the beginning to the end, you knew what to do

After everything ends
You’ll sit with your friends
You’ll tell them the story and laugh
But you won’t even know half
I was (and still am) too good for you
And I’ll find someone new
Someone who’d turn the world up-side-down for me
While you’re alone and blowing on your tea
‘Cause you can’t appreciate anyone
You please yourself and you think you’ve won
Pretend to love, play out your shows
Make ‘em fall for you and undress their clothes
But they’ll see the truth at the end
And you’ll be left with no friend

"Reach for the stars..."
A pity I can't because
I have a problem to deal with
And I can't be ignorant

I'm going to ask a few questions
If that's okay with you?
You may be saying, "why so nice now?"
Just wait for the abuse

Label this as YipYap,
I don't give a ****
Because I'm a predatory enemy
And you're literally a sitting duck

What I wanna know is,
How do you sleep at night?
Do you tuck your son in
Tell him everything's alright?

"Had a good day on the mean machine
And don't you know it kid,
That I managed, once again,
To be a cancerous little ****?"

"Apparently I'm starting to sound like
A badly scratched disk
Because punk, **** and woof *****
Are the only things I use to dis."

Like come on man,
At least be creative
Here I am, once again,
Rewriting your narrative

A story to be told
Been three days and it's getting old
Once was a front page hit
But now all copies have been sold

I thought as one grew older
He was supposed to mature
But you keep being worse than me
No sir, you ain't an entrepreneur

You can't construct ****
You just keep repeating
Even when it doesn't work
Your heart keeps pumping and bleeding

You play the pity party a tune
One that's supposed to warn
Everybody else about me
And how my sanity is gone

Go ahead, message my followers
They don't like you
Nobody in their right minds, with this knowledge
Would follow suit

Because you crazy *****
And a ******* funny ****
Tell me how you feel about me,
You ******* little runt!

Call me a woof *****
Do it, it turns me on
That's what I would say if I were you
With my head messed and so wrong

I own every name you throw
I wear them like a mask
So you won't see me coming when I hunt you down
And ******* in the ***

With words I use to ******
Theses words give me some pleasure
There's amusement in torture
It's infinite, a countless measure

Am I that annoying fly to you,
Buzzing around your head?
Like a vulture to carrion
Feeding off the dead?

When you go home tonight
Will you tell your son you're stressed?
Sit on his bed, hands on your head
Saying, "**** I've made a mess?"

I want an apology
Honest and sincere
Because in your words I sense no hurt
So keep going, I have no fear

You do not own me,
I'm Ronin Okami
A masterless wolf who owns
A vocabulary army

And we a duo,
Wolfspirit and I
And together we gonna smash you
By dropping from the sky

Surprise!
You know, Woody was abandoned by Andy....
Woody felt unloved
Abusing others ain't the way to find your
Andy mate

At first she loved me with wondrous pride,
Night after night, a happy constant by her side.
Hand-written stories narrated solely to me,
For only I appreciated her special 'vocabulary'.

In a couple of years, she gouged out my right eye.
As she pulled out my left arm, I masked a sigh.
A laborious poker face; by her, I was smitten.
And unlike the others, at least I wasn't forgotten.

At the age of three, she made loneliness my mistress.
Stowed me away; locked me alone with my distress.
The darkness of the room surpassed by my own.
Yet my unrequited adoration set firmly in stone.

Twenty five years later, she found her old teddy bear.
'He was always my favourite. Treat him with care.'
'But mommy, he has no eyes or hands...' she said, sans guile.
In the blink of an eye, she spied a sad, crippled smile.

If you ever stop moving,
I would wind you back up,
If you ever get lost,
I would set back the tracks,
If someone would break you,
I would fix you,
You may sound like a toy to them,
But you are a treasure to me.

Of Drained batteries
The white plastic robot that uses them
The pink and poppy wallpaper of
Tiny bedroom the robot sits in.
Child too grown to want pink walls.
Doesn't want the toy either
Not since the battery died
Overalls tucked into boots tear down pastel gardens
Paint over the chipped glue in beige.
The Dreamer
Of a drained battery
Of a toy.
Sees the walls from memory now.
Won't open her eyes in the bedroom anymore.
wear beige anymore.

don't add me into your life,
just to subtract me out, alright?
please don't divide my heart in half,
just to walk away and laugh,
don't try to solve me like an algebraic equation,
unless you're patient,
if not,
you might as well give up and go on vacation,
i'm too complicated,
you can go and ask all the past guys i've dated,
you may be smart math boy,
but trust me,
i'm smarter than all of your other toys.
this was fun to write, i was supposed to be studying for math but came up with this instead.

I'm watching you from the left corner,
over here, where dust has swarmed to.
I see you go to sleep, and awaken
just like I see you when you come home wasted.

I can remember a time when you saw me too,
but that time was ages ago,
the bond that we had, they burnt through
and now you've forgotten me...

You left me alone; defenseless to these dust bunnies.

That's exactly how I feel,
I didn't try enough the relationship before,
Maybe I tried too hard this time.

Perhaps I couldn't help myself,
When I looked into those eyes,
But I feel there's someone else.

Falling for someone hurts,
Maybe they play the game,
But mostly you are just a toy
Little Toy Soldiers going off to war
None will ever live to  see age twenty four
None of them even  know what they're fighting for
Little Toy Soldiers going off to war

The world has always been this way
With Emperors and Kings
Fighting with toy soldiers
And the glory that it brings

Land, beliefs, religion
The basis of the war
fought by young toy soldiers
Who all die by the score

Time has taught us nothing
But, it's changed the way we fight
War is a full day job
Now that it is fought at night

The boards of little armies
Are now shown up on the screen
With all the little soldiers
Lit in different shades of green

They used to be all metal
Painted up in nice bright shades
With a General on horseback
Leading all his smart brigades

Then, the men were plastic
glued to bits of wood
Behaving as a unit
Just like a soldier should

Now, the war is different
They're up there in different hues
You can watch them fight in real time
Just like on the nightly news

The only thing remaining
The thing that's stayed the same
Is that nobody in power
Know the Little Soldiers names

Little Toy Soldiers going off to war
None will ever live to  see age twenty four
None of them even  know what they're fighting for
