You gotta trust me too like I trust you just like you did way back you told yourself that I'll come back.

No matter what it took we came together and very tight , might not very right and I get that.

I respect that, we fell down, rebelled inside out just to keep eachother.

Just to stay longer ,spend some more time together.

Spare a part of us worthily, dedicated and dictated ourselves with a lot of "fury", then a lot more sympathy and most of love.

Enriched with fear of being left out alone, stringing, hanging looking at eachother to the shoulder with trust,

Accepted every piece made peace with those pieces, we traced a way back.

It's more than than anything for me, right now.

I’ve been trying to string words together
in hopes a poem will be the result,
but all I have is a page of scribbles
as it laughs like an intellectual insult.

I should cut my hair,
hair heavy with the memory of
your fingers running through it.
I should change my clothes,
so as not to think of you
taking them off
slowly while I lay
           on your bed.
I should buy new sheets,
ones without the trace of you.
I should change my music,
new sounds without the power
of bittersweet nostalgia
sitting in the car with you.
I should replace the space in my heart,
the one that’s been reserved for you.
I should,
             I should,
                           I won’t.

The girl looked lovely
In her coloured summer dress
A real lady of the sky and land
Her husband was a happy man
He admired his magnificent wife
Then Alderan exploded...

You gave me a sense of endearment,
A wonder of beauty.
I felt whole when I looked at you,
My heart filled with your touch.
I imagine running my fingers through your hair,
Listening to you laugh,
Feeling your hands on my body.
Thank you for giving me an understanding of how to love,
To be capable of loving.
A letter to you

Your were the feather,
me the flight beneath your wings.

But we were never meant to soar,
people trying to shoot us down...

                                   Your friends,
her plumage isn't pretty enough..

                                       My mates,
well I saw him kissing another girl..

Funny that jealousy makes others
like a dodo.. unhappy that they
                           cant fly higher than us.

Because the days they said, like amnesia.

We were together handcuffed to each
others fingers,
                           never letting go.
We resisted arrest ending up in the bedroom.

                                             Feathers flew that night.

You told me I was a masterpiece that only
you could admire, and your friends were
                                        jealous that I
wasn't  open all hours...

No i only had private screening in my life for one.

We flew higher than the stars,
never shooting across,
no we just huddled in the darkness close.

It shouldn't be
          I,
        But us...

It shouldn't be
         We,
But all...

It shouldn't be the way it is,
but all of us, we, I everyone

needs to wake up to the fact
were a people not a us, them.

I hope one day we realise
that a tree cant grow branches if there
aren't roots to  hold it together,

                                               we're all the leaf's.

Together
We can make it through
Push past the rough, face our fears
Runaway from here
Make our own light in the darkness
And live our lives
No matter how far apart we are
We can make it through
Together
