take it east
where the girls all sleep with monograms stitched onto their pillows
and to the south where loving requires a ring
and i’m draped across my bed, naked, breathless
you’re here, you’re here, in the east, in the south
and i let you live inside of me for one night

so i’m folding my naked, once pure, body in half
asking for refunds for the morning afters-
when you didn’t take me to breakfast
or even kiss me, my forehead, my wrist

you only love me at night with whiskey
whiskey breath and whiskey ****
the morning after, the morning after
I am a taco
With meat, lettuce, and sauce
All stuffed within a shell
I am very yummy

All my life I have one goal
And that's to be eaten by a hungry soul
People say I'm very yummy
When I'm being digested in their tummy

You can get me regular or supreme
You can even add a bit of sour cream
You can get me at Del Taco or Taco Bell
I'm a little piece of heaven in a little shell

we walked by the haunted house
and made out on the front porch

people say we fell in love at first sight that evening,
but i couldn’t see until the morning

and that beautiful birthmark that covered half of your body
i ran my fingers across it
like some kind of seamstress

and you threw my legs over your shoulders
and bit my fingers and i couldn’t stop looking at your birthmark,
it looked like a scar

and i asked you to drive me to walgreens
something about a plan,
what we were going to be

but we got lost and tangled
and my kitten bit our ankles in the kitchen
where i made you black coffee and i rubbed my eyes
too much, too much, i broke a blood vessel
honestly way too much

i was scared of the bruises on my thighs
and i thought  i wouldn’t see you again

“i’ll never see him again”

so i drove to walgreens
and the girl at the counter judged me,
and i bought a donut

you're some kind of cinderella boy
leaving a broken cigarette under my mattress

your birthmark left a stain on my eyelids and my hands
and i forgot to ask your name

Body language, it must be her body language
I catch myself staring at her confidence, sorry girl if I can't explain this
You see your aura shows gold and your passion shines bright
Your heart beats fast because of your sleepless, nervous nights
Of the thought that a man may actually know how to treat ya, greet ya, and hell maybe show honest affection
He may actually just wanna lay with you and hear you speak without any degrating corrections
You're a star. Beyond that in this abstract world where you and I are
As we lay ontop of the car and I point out the Little Dipper you show me the idea of comfortable love by tomorrow
Midnight kisses, sensation from my misses
It's the opportunities in life's that we should cherish that's my mission
Tear drops coming from a broken mask as we bash and I pour my stubborn heart into her empty glass
To find something that can forever last
No matter what the sceptics say
Girl, I don't listen to chatters I listen to only what my mind will say.
Follow me. I wanna guide you. I wanna show you. I know I didn't allow myself to feel the grasps of a good woman
But I held on
**I never released. I believe in the chance of us...can you believe in the idea of me?

looks like another night alone
a heavy eyed boy moving heavy boxes into your home
“i’ll see you tomorrow, love, when the light is new”
never felt as good as waking up next to you
but the way you crawl into my bed each time you come
well both those heavy eyes and i become undone
and you can blame it on things like running away
online, lost and found, reward, posted today
and wanted posters hanging around town
yeah, you’ve been around town
and i’ve been waiting up for you
but lover, i’ve gotta put you down
drink until that mark on your neck starts to fade
purple never looked good on you anyway

I must learn closure
the correct way
so the next time I see
a person I've dismissed
they won't be bitter
they will  happily smile
and say "hey"
they will remind me
that I did exist to them,
then I can go about my day

Hello
I just want to say hello
In the longest way i possibly can
I saw you there and I knew
I wanted to speak to you
I had to speak to you
And the best thing I came up with
is hello
Hello isn't just a greeting
It has many different meanings
So many ways you can say hello
You can say hey
With just a simple word
I'm telling you all the things
I want to say
Hello can mean I like you
Hello can mean I miss you
Hello can mean please come to my side
Make sure you follow what comes next
Make sure you read between the lines
Hello is just a letter addressed to you
I'm going to write you a letter
And in it a single message
"Hello"

How dare you do this?
“Hey,” is all you have to say?
After what you did?

And there it comes.
From over the hills and far away,
Till it is more than reality, less than our fantasies.
It's never seen - only pondered.
The sun swept mountains and lakes of yours.
Everything built by we but not together.
And just as sudden it's upon us, but no one seems to know.
The storm cannot brew from one.
But rather you or I, we wear the same but I cover what is mine.
You show your body in the light, expose your child, teasing them with underage.
And everything will break, the ***** snapped of the only ******
Left alone to be a saint, only ... After death.
And no one is intoxicated anymore, we're all empty and you are blinded by the fall.
Of only what'll be and what's to come
And all at one, it leaves us just.
Never think, perish the thought.
