Welcome to
The red white
And dark blue
*******
That owns you

The tax kings
Bleeding you
For better dreams
You will never make it to

It’s true
The wealthy rule
I’m not sure
If it’s a secret cabal

But they take it all
Rake in the money
We make them
While taking more

We feed the fed and the IRS
The justice system
Is the department of property protection
Run by big fat white men

I guess I’m ranting again
But I am tired
And getting sleepier by the minute
We got to many dogs
In this fight
And I’m not sure
If we can win it

That is why this poem doesn’t have
A happy ending in it
I really cant say exactly how long its been
no i really cant say, since i've seen a good man
humanities infected with power and greed
we want a lot of things, but there's a million more we need
we need a cup of love, and that much is for sure
we need a righteous heart, for there's not much we can endure
we need a little sympathy for those of us in pain
we need a little empathy for those that are insane
we always want more money, but that can be dismissed
one day when we conquer greed, we may finally have...
Freindship
there's a lot of things wrong with mankind, but i have faith...
we'll get there

I could feel the tremendous pressure as he tried to convince me
My skin stung and burned under his harsh touch

It felt wrong
His voice was too agressive
Too demanding

I felt bad
As though I owed him this

But as soon as he slipped his hand up my back I knew it wasn't what he had made it out to be

I told him "No"
But he just ignored me
I tried to pull away but his grip got tighter
I had to shove him away as hard as I could for him to back off
I walked out
I began to walk home

It took me a while to realise that I was shaking

I could'nt help it
I fell to the side of the road

The first tear dropped faster than it should of

The next day it happened
Of course it happened
How could I have been so naive
He dumpt me
Said he was moving and couldnt do long distances even though I saw him several times in the same area later on.

Yeah right.
He only ever wanted me for *** and when I could'nt give him what he wanted he just left

The worst part was that I was so entrapped by his precense that it took me several months to get over him

And even now
I pretend that what we had was real.
Trust issues

If your heart doesn't bleed,
you are dead.
You have become
just another greedy
little **** factory
on your short path
to becoming
compost yourself.

Modern day fairy tale,
Where happiness belong;
When clock strikes 12,
Forever it'll be 1.

Happy ever after,
Coming from the clown;
With fake smiles two four seven
Like hell it exist.

Modern day society,
Such a wonderful place;
Performers everywhere,
Let the applause begin.

Throwing rings and walking lines,
Hilarious circus was it,
Pathetic and despiteful,
You pitiful society.
Goodbye lil clown.
And may we never meet again.

Laughter < > the balm of the soul
Loving touch < > inner vision for the 'mole'
Imagination < > the flame nascent within the coal
Evolving into my true self < > the goal
The life gourmand's avarice < > my dangerous shoal
I think of my Dad tonight, & his paperweight of coal
I remember his impregnable wonder, and I start to again feel whole
Imagination < > the flame nascent within the dark coal

A realist are those that pick at what stands before them
They savor the moment of all cravings, live and let live
Those that are of no regret, take what is given, and retain to nothing
A hopeless romantic are those that feed on faith of higher being
They consciously analyze ever choice to its core, whether right or wrong
Those that are of selflessness, give without return, and expect nothing

The world is at your feet
what more could you need?
sparkling wines in crisp displays,
golden tickets to fame in pricey arrays
the high life is your muse
stocks flying up and down the top news
shopping the globe with just a flick of the finger,
you've turned swell at the expense of others

***** and women quite too loose might calm you down
after the inevitable crash you go back as the society's clown
with the very last of your pride going stale
and everyone mocking your sorry tale
bear it, you are defeated
this was the life you created
as you filled the gaping void inside of you
with the aimless throes and desires of
one who is disgraced, of one who sought
himself in everything that the world
could foolishly offer him
Lost my energy to write despite making this at 3 am in the morning.

They got us doped up
Put the military scopes up
And shot our foreign brothers down

They got a war on crime
And Drugs
A war for riches
But poverty
Is just another casualty
The price to pay
To maintain our society

They got golden parachutes
Good pension plans
For the corporate man
But want to eliminate
What it takes
To help a single woman
Get a fair chance

They got disinformation
For the regular population
So they don’t see
The criminal activity
Of our leaders
And dissenters
Enter
The hall of infamy
The activist
Is an enemy

We become so thick
With our sick self-absorption
So quick to judge
Not empathize
Based on all those lies
At some point you got to believe
Cut the crap and face this social disease
Please tell me cause I can’t see
Where the hell
Is your humanity

Perhaps, We have a worldview, that has turned a bit myopic.
Perhaps, We need a checkup from a doctor for Our optics,
Perhaps, We need for them to write Us out a new prescription, then
Perhaps, We'd see the truth in life that's written in inscription,

Perhaps, the Earth is weeping somberly, but We don't care to listen,
Perhaps, it warns us of Our doom when global profits are our mission
Perhaps, the World is run by men, whose only drive is for themselves
Perhaps, the few will **** the many, just for monetary wealth,

Perhaps, We're all too blind to understand the implications,
Perhaps, a future fraught with poverty and war is what We're facing
Perhaps, a different train of thought, is faintly running by adjacent,
Perhaps, it's one that wrests its life from the stagnation of complacence

Perhaps, We're living forms of life that have been cast inside a mold
Perhaps, estrangement from each other causes Our Hearts to grow cold
Perhaps, all concentrated power's an illusion, We behold,
Perhaps, We all could take it back, if We'd stop doing what We're told

Perhaps, Our Being is unique, and isn't something predefined,
Perhaps, Our priorities in life should they themselves be redefined,
Perhaps, Our voices are of import, and should not be undermined,
Perhaps, We all should organize, and build a world of new design

Perhaps, it is the Media that keeps Us all divided,
Perhaps, We should act neighborly and strive to be united,
Perhaps, in living as a People, We would find Ourselves delighted, and
Perhaps, We'd change the status quo, if We would only try to fight it.
