Imagine the first rumor. The first grunt of gossip
The first finger-point of prejudice. It was probably
like noticing the sunset for the first-time. How it
stretched out across the entire scope of your vision,

peeled back into a city that wasn’t the one you were in,
like an orange peel, one skin at a time. Eventually,
the world rounded, the ice melted, ****-sapiens
grew taller. Our voices deepened, bodies thickened.

We learned to survive the cold, the floods,
the irrational wars, and crescent-mooned nights
underneath tinned roofs. Then came the enlightenment,
the evolution of speech. The first cousin of Germanic

languages; the second cousin of Romantic languages.
And then the first rumor. The first appraisal of good
or bad actions of people hardly known. I imagine
my ancestors, 1.9 million years ago, grunting

with raised brow in her partner’s direction. Pointing
at two men crouching behind a large, fallen boulder.
Pointing at a man who belongs to her neighbor,
crawling out of a cave that doesn’t belong to him.

They are probably turning over in their bone-filled
graves as I think of what to say next, laughing at how
far we haven’t come from the ghouls of gossip,
discussing how out of all the occupations in this world:

bricklayer, lawyer, educator, their descendant chose
this noble profession, this calling up of events.

give me all of your love and tender moments,

save me from the peril that is myself,

give me the passion more than I ever know,

show me what it's like to kiss an angels lips,

let the stars fill your eyes,

teach me the ways of your affection,

complete me with all your love and enlightenment,

/

I'd be with you for a thousand years,
I'll carry you under my wing with two tears,
I'll mold you into my favorite subject,
As long as my wishes don't redirect,
But I digress,
I come direct,
I might have messed up a lot of things but
Your heart I will collect,
You complete me.

The more I connect myself to the universe and the Earth.. the farther I fade from the human way...
Starting to feel more alien
And outlandish
Every excruciating day.
Trying to collect my tribe
and find which lane to travel.
But my wheels
Keep turning.
And I'm moving high.
Far from the gravel.
Try and pull me down,
I ******* dare you.
But no way.
No ******* way you're taking
Away my crown.
You can watch from down there
with envy and defeat
Or you can take my hand and allow me to show you
How darkness can be sweet.
I'm a *****
In my own corner.
Love me or lose me.
Either way,
You'll be a mourner.
But don't let that scare you off now..
For it isn't cold here.
I can show you,
That the universe is you
Inside a mirror.

Beyond life and death,
Away from the concept of right and wrong,
In the field of unknown,
Amidst the feelings I get in loneliness,
Running away from suicidal thoughts,
Memories of lost love haunt me hard,
Death seems like the perfect option.

I know that I can't give up until they are there,
Howsoever short may be life.

accept it as it is; know you can't change it
ten words, who knows
we were discussing the Enlightenment period today in class, and we talked about Plato's idea of Truth (as one singular Truth rather than many truths) yesterday for Politics, and the two subjects crossed, which i found interesting

All the noises in the world shall subside,
while in the melody of melancholy shall we rest-
and when those full of life shall knock upon our doors,
they will be greeted by the songs of our souls -
of the roads taken - of the rail roads slept,
of the voyages sailed through, of trinkets gathered,
of the darlings abandoned, of the mistakes we leapt.
The sun shall drown to ignite the night -
we remember our lost brothers amidst the starry skies,
spiraling down to an abrupt halt at painful stops -
Smoking marijuana along the vast emptiness of
the desolated streets of memories -
remembering, hoping, crying, screaming -
intellects caged in the shape of apes -
drifting apart from sanity!
Look in the eye of a madman - utmost kind,
and yet so cruel - aged with time -
his humble ego - shattered yet alive,
as he prepares to venture to the other side,
all alone, leaving all behind -
the meaningless **** of the futile life,
I met a madman once - though a stranger to-
-his dizzy glance - he embraced me like a brother,
and talked of things that I knew not - but -
from the words that trespassed my ears -
it was clear that I was meant to.
"Know not the world, grow not knowing it,
know not what's right, grow not learning it,
know not what's God, grow not worshiping it,
know what you are, grow not deceiving it,
know what survival is, grow not eluding it,
know what your love is, grow not forgetting it"
Take off from the stale old ***** of the shore,
where dear old hope broke our soul -
the shattered pieces of which -
touched a thousand places -
floating beneath the chill of the moonlight coal -
for one day - in the sinful premise of life,
a light shall flicker to give birth to a vision,
visible only when closed are our eyes -
like enlightenment brewing within meditation.

i have come
a long way
from where
i began and
i can say
i have
changed
as a man.
i have set
my goals
and refined
my role
as i aligned
my mind,
body and soul.
i hit new lows
and rose above,
i live a life full
of light and love.
i give all i have
and ask for nil
for the life i
was gifted with
is all i fulfill.

finding happiness

In the Old World, those of our kind had to keep ourselves hidden and work our magic behind closed doors. We were to be secret sorcerers. A mysterious kind of folk. We were accused of darkness and exiled to despair if our covers were blown. Thankfully these times are changing.

With this New World Order, our fate is changing for the better of us all. And more importantly, the fate of the earth and the cosmos beyond. While dark magic is something we are all capable of portraying whether intentional or not, there is so much more good that can come when aligned with the magic and mystique, connected with the powers of our earthly just as our heavenly realms.

As above, so below is a saying we all know.
As it is in the heavens it shall be on earth.
Peace and Protection are granted for all who believe.
Gifts from nature given as tools and symbols so we may live a life of leisure and ease.

For now, we are teachers shown through storybook tales. To prepare you for your future in magic that comes with being born into these great times of change; for we will one day pass our torch to you; just as you will to every indigo, rainbow, soul-healing, spirit-weaving, wondrous light-working child.
