All this pain

Will soon be gone

As I become

More withdrawn

I lose the pain

It’s almost dawn

And yet again

I’m just a pawn

The game we play

Goes on and on

I lost you then

And you’re still gone
Welcome to the malevolent
I am the intersection between Bad and Evil
The very genesis of sin
The bitten fruit
Man couldn't refrain from eating
The slick nasty sinister beast
Woman couldn't help but listen to
I am the Night with twinkles of Star lights
I am the intersection between Dawn and Darkness
I am the Temptation
Cajoling voices nagging behind your head
Mix the Filthy, the Slicky, and the Nasty.
You get me.
I am the sin
Christ came to bound
The sin lurkin' in your shadows

It's quite beautiful, really
How much can transpire
In one single day
And how lovely is it
That with each new dawn
Comes new mornings
New oppurtunites
And the thrill of inspiration
Written on this fine first of the month

The dawn breaks because the world turns.
I see that the Sun exists.
Which it also did yesterday.

My beautiful fawn, warm fingers
dancing measures at her leisure
I've loved to need her just to be her
private reader,
Watching the sun greet her
Ten pens wynd like wonder wands
waving for the morning songs in this
Writer's Dawn.
Morning Thoughts.
intentional "wynd"

there's something special
under nature's blanket
as dawn meets dusk
the moon is enchanting
stars to twinkle all about
the light engulfs the darkness
and the gentle breeze blows
enclosing the wisdom within
as Earth spins time together
i miss the Boy who saved stray feathers
but never gathered dust
whose every move spoke volumes
yet never smelt of must

precious little time we stole
to be young before the dawn
how is it that now i hear
His voice in every song...?

i miss the Man who gave me peace
but helped me fight my war
who i count closest to my heart
yet distant as a star

His armor was of black and white
but even so i swear
that color flooded every mem'ry
He saw fit to share

i've often wondered who He is
or if He ever was
bittersweet and ethereal
this Dream i had of "us"...

quiet dawn's dim light
serenity at its best
sneaking up on you

They say it's darkest before dawn,
dusky gloom met its match in your shadow
          unreality swears by your delusions,
       compounded in fear of disclosure
that light at the end of oblivion
                  took revolution's number nine train
Happy Birthday Paul!  June 18, 1942 (age 73 years young)

*The number 9 train had its final day -
went to subway heaven May 27 , 2005*

AB: Roses on a coffin couldn't stop me from lovin her,
Her dark humor was a treasure to all,
Admired by thousands and if not then all,
She lit up the base of this room,
Even where they north wing was,
My suckle honey bee that buzzed,
With a cause and an effect to this love I have for her,
Missing her made my eyes flow of rivers,
With fishes and alligators,
We'll save the streams for later,
Like wall-e and Eve,
Adam he took your place,
And even I can sense her presence through a paper plate,
Being there for her would a scouts honor,
I'll push all my paperwork aside for some sweet talk,
Awww ! Now look at her,
making me all soft,
Angels bless the footsteps she leaves,
Covered in dirt,
But not hard to detect,
Trust me I'll always give her all my respect,
Skip rocks in the pond By the old cemetery,
Walk across the bridge on the old dirt roads,
The adventure to us is a must,
We could celebrate with cheese and crackers,
She was tempted to touch,
Doesn't bother her as much,
To have sensual healing,
Being molested, she wasn't use to much,
But I comfort her,
Laying my eyes apon the very power deep in her soul,
And for the people that hurt her,
Always a grudge I must hold,
We gave me everything and more and I won't take that for granted,
The measure of our time together will be a perfect candid.

DK: She is the sweet breezes of the solemn yard
How she laughs in the face of my demons
As if a walking harmony
I lie awake nights to draw down the moon
Thick with hollowed air
Sweet pollen in my ears
We were bound in the stars
Ebb and flow are my waters
Predator and prey
Let them be where they lay
No room for penance today
A celestial facade
Or a wall made of stone
My infallible faith
The quiet tones of my dreams
The vision steals my breath
To my internal depths
I may continue her path
The blood of the earth
Just open your heart
