I caught you in the corner of my eye.
If only you could read my mind.
The sweet notations I selfishly hold.
I'd like to think that I've caught you.
Displacing myself in every other word you say.
If you've ever noticed my eyes as close as they are now.
The intimacy of being held close.
Secret longing.
The swift pace that eyes move.
Catching you in the corner of my eye.
On the border of each blink.
Temptation, the watering of eyes.
Terrified to close.
Terrified that when they open you'll be gone.
Having to chase and catch you all over again

Like a fly, I am capture too easily and quickly by the beauty of others...

Their web traps my gullible mind... and cages in my withering body... they couldn't choose another...

My vibrational screams of mine only caused their monster within to awaken....

Their eyes filled with delight in the blood dripping pain they'll cause, their fangs break in....

Finally... their scheme is revealed through their venom, and slowly... life is ****** out of me...

Senses betray me... as I am dropped from the laced-up web kingdom... dry and lifeless...but I can still see

I was caught in your web once...but when I come back... I swear I won't get caught in it again...
MEANING BELOW

Sadly... I must always remind my self that we are fools... And we all can be deceived and be fooled and fall short...

It's so easy to get caught up in people, with their kindness, knowledge... but we must remember they are human...And they will fail you... and they will mess up...

The Fly can represent anyone... Anyone who looks up to someone, someone who is high in the knowledge of Christ, Spirituality off the charts... or anything

The Web represents us easily getting caught up in the glory and positive "they could do no wrong" mind set...

The Spider represents the sinner that they still are... They will make mistakes, however, for those who get too wrapped up in the web, see it as a BIG DISBELIEF. They are shocked and CRUSHED and DESTROYED AND HURT....

So this is why we shouldn't make others seem like they are higher then all of us, we can't lift them up too high... nor think of them as almost perfect... because it will crush us.... it's not bad to look up to someone however... There is a limit, and sometimes it will cause us to look down on our selves...

The falling of the fly represents the the looking down on one's self from looking at someone as more superior, OR it can represent the BROKENNESS  in love and trust....

The blame depends on the situation. Sometimes the spider may be innocent and the fly is guilty for it's thoughts

or the spider can be guilty for and the fly is innocent...

So...who is innocent in your story?

I am caught
By a net of promising words
Lured in by your luminous character
Convinced by your hollow smile

Your affection like venom
Numbing my senses of right and wrong
Unexpected actions
Turned my world upside down

You've done well...
I've been infected...

Now let me cure these feelings
Sometimes certain persons just catch you off guard and feelings emerge, where no feelings are wanted.

I don’t remember how it went anymore
I was too caught up in the emotions to notice when it fell apart
It wasn’t until there was thread spilling over my hands and onto my feet that i realized that none of it was keeping us together anymore
mmmmm how sad all I remember are things going really well and things going really badly.... where was the in between?

Cracks meandering like
Rivers upon the ground,
But it's our shattered souls.
How by now we hoped we'd be whole,
Only hearths with limited coal.
When we extinguish we make no sound.

Only hearts with finite
Beats.
We're in the race but just
Want to rest,
But one slumbers and sits
In comfort when they have
Assurance.

The wind and how we
Twist chaotically with it,
Our hopes can hold momentarily
Suspended like rain in crosswinds.
But we crash down and
Are absorbed by our surroundings.

It takes some disillusionment and ****** distress
for anyone to abstain from bad habits of excess.
Some people are caught up very early in life and
so can't get beyond them without a helping hand.

Demur nature's forces and prehend a leaf
The wind is an experienced pitcher and a fan, may I ask are you?
As the leaf drifts in the draught, catch this one, we'll have a laugh over a draught
The dimensions and weight of the frond will have your senses to and thro'
Importance of equanimity is essential, do not blink, and for goodness sake do not hit that tree
A few numerous attempts to catch that elusive bract, you're out of breath
However, even though nature's force is cunning, she'll give your breath back
Now the leaf is at knee level, baseball slide, football tackle, or hockey dive, ready your hands
The stiple's erratic motion is bewildering as the tension of the chance arise's
And just as nature and yourself breath out the prehend fall's in the pond with a graceful landing
I have never caught a leaf on purpose, have you?

How many bridges have we burned
How many lessons never learnt
Try and do but then we don't
Say we will but know we won't

How many flames have we shot
How many mysteries never caught
Reveal but then very well refuse
Admit but still confuse

How much more can we take
How many do we blame for our own mistakes
We know what we need to intercede
But how far do we take that belief?

How many desires we breed
How many sins we commit
Though we know for what we aspire
Still we keep on fits with betrayed trials

How many years have flown by
How many tears have we each cried
Far too many I believe to count
From lips that move without a sound

How many theories never understood
How much head we put
How much we neglect
The oscillations of solace..
