i want
to feel death
hold it in my palm
taste the bitterness
then
let it go
find
what it means
to live

I will not love for fear of losing,
And if a fondness should creep through,
Like ivy I’ll cut it back.

You crave interaction
Not just a mere distraction
Lonely from the bottom
of your soul that is rotten
You are adored by a person
you love this version
Then it all goes wrong
And you crave another one
who's not there
you look but don't know where
Lonely from the bottom
of my soul that is rotten
How to keep a heart
How to be a part
of a me & you
and who?

keep telling me how to
Act
Speak
Write
see how long until
the house you built
burns
to the f*cking ground
house is symbolic for self worth

She spoke the words "I love you,"
as if they were dripping from her mouth.
Desire and longing were written in her eyes.
This fragrance of hers, was intoxicating.
One could almost choke on it.

Stay away from love.
For it can truly be sickening.
Especially if you haven't caught it already.

I never thought sweet words would hurt.
From your lips to my heart, it created a wound.
Words so sweet, now the cause of my pain.
Words so sweet, but scars I gain.
It's too painful.
It's too late.
Your "I love you" is a bitter bait.

I'm surprised at the way,
that people can drink bitter coffee,
to nourish their body,
but can't swallow a bitter truth,
and nourish their soul.
