I heard you talking
To the ocean blue.

It was a heartfelt conversation
You let on to the sky.
You said it slow, so slow.

It was a strange sensation
When I heard you sing.

I knew who you were
And where you came from
From the sound of your voice.

A time will come when we will remember this painful time and smile looking at each other's wedding ring.

Then and there we will hold each other's waists while just silently letting our lips do the rest of the talking.

But till then we must persevere and preserve our love in this relationship while we make the best of this new found timing.

Exclusive is your love I now realize and recognize that you are so cute and beautiful that the world admires your sayings.

So just stay calm I will and feel happier with just the love you gift to me all the time in our life so sweetly singing.

I'll let myself feel as free as you and don't love me lesser than you do otherwise this tinnitus I will keep feeling.

To you my lover I promise that you won't ever feel ignored by me and all will fall in place for our Sun to start shining.
Just stay assured it will all be fine.

Spring cannot be far-off.
The Spring Peepers have sung.

Let the greening have its start
For flowering has begun.

Soon the bees will flit about
And sweetly start to hum.

Spring simply cannot be far-off
For the Spring Peepers have sung.

LISTENING TO NATURE SINGING
Andrew Juma
Hearing the wind  whistle  among the trees,
In the wee morning hours,

Or  the chirping birds' acappellas,
Among dripping leaves,

And the waterfalls cascading Rocky cliffs,
Clearly one believes that
Man has not written the best of songs,
Among non/ living things.

I told that when I came out of my mother's womb I was singing.
I was told that I whenever I talk I speak as if I'm telling a story.
When I tried out for every solo in middle school and never got it.
Notice: That never stopped me from singing.
When my best friend ignored my words of wisdom, or told me she didn't get it.
Notice: That never stopped me from writing.
Those plenty of times I've sprained my ankle or was too weak to run another mile.
Notice: It never stopped me from running.
I'm stubborn and that could be a good thing and a bad thing.
I was told by my own family "Shut up, no one cares."
Notice: That didn't stop me from having a voice.
I was afraid to go outside because I was afraid I'd need an ambulance.
Notice: I still went outside.
See when I was a baby I never tried new things.
I didn't take risks.
But I was told that when I came out of my mother's womb I was singing.
Singing to the heavens, singing to the sky, singing all the angel's goodbye.
Notice: Nothing has ever stopped me from believing in myself.
This is a story of me. And I hope my poetry will and stories will teach someone someday.

I fell in love with the way you looked at me last night
I searched for the stars but only to find them in your eyes
There were no words spoken
Only music has broken
the silence of the night.

I wish I could've read your mind
What could you possibly be thinking
while listening to my singing?
I wish I could've stared for a while
But you might've noticed the
dilation of my eyes.
I like you, that's why.
I was strumming on my six string
Playing tunes to **** the day
When an angel walked  on past me
Stopped and looked my way

You may say it's corny
But I fell in love right there
It only took a second
And it only took a stare

Do not use the "L" word
It's too early for that yet
We don't know where it's going
Because we've only met

She sat down and listened to me
Never speaking, not a word
I only played and sat and smiled
No words shared but we both heard

Our hearts were both connecting
From the sounds of my six string
I knew that I did love her
She made my guitar sing

Do not use the "L" word
It's too early for that yet
We don't know where it's going
Because we've only met

We played the game all summer
We progressed but really slow
Her love was for my six string
Not for me, that I did know

We went down to the river
I used an "L" word there that night
I told her I was leaving
Me and my guitar were taking flight

Do not use the "L" word
It's too early for that yet
We don't know where it's going
Because we've only met

"sing to me
a melody"
he said,
"you have the voice of
an angel"
and so I sung
the first time that I had ever
in front of anyone except
my own conscience
and that
is how
the devil fell in love

There's a handy jotter on my desk,
two notebooks filled with drawings,
Cookie boxes now empty.
A purse only used for crayons,
A5, A4... A3 ?
I see pencils laying down,
cameras all around.
Teddy bears lying down,
for me to later rest upon,
a world with no fun?

When I open a new book,
ones with no lines.
When I open a new book,
I create a new lives.
it could start, from one doodle one day,
to create a new journey, a new life today.
Looking up ancient history, facts about astrology,
posters of Harley guide me through.
Idols laid upon the walls, singing all their favourite songs,
one day, hoping to meet them too.
