Burn the silver from her eyes,
Sharp is the dagger that cuts blood ties

Swift is the arrow that breaks his heart,
Blunt is the ax that cleaves them apart.

Iron teeth and nails of steel,
Cool, the icy wind that heals.

Dare to calm the roaring flame,
Count the people who fear her name.

Drink the blood of fallen foes,
Unseen hands that no one knows.

The many faces she must wear,
A nameless burden, she must bear.

Shadows creep in the dead of night,
The assassin is silent, out of sight.

Slow is the sword that cannot win,
Conceal the flame, keep it in.

Break the collar of restraint,
Black, the keys you must obtain.

Burn the darkness from the night,
For she is the Queen of the Light.

i gave you almost everything i could
but for you almost was not enough
i hope you loved what you had while it was good
because no one will ever be me and i hope that truth is tough

no one will give you the goosebumps i did when i brushed my fingertips up your spine
no one will give you every ounce of their undivided attention and time
no one will trust you with everything and never lie
no one will hold your head on their chest while you cry

no one will give you everything you didn't deserve
you will always remain the way you were
never changing and always waiting for things that aren't yours
i hope you like being hers

because you will never again be mine
our paths will never cross and our stars will never align

and you will never be treated like the king that you are not
but i will always remain his queen while I remain in your train of thought

i have not felt for some time now,
my barricading skills are better than i’d like to admit,
and i cannot remember the last time i stepped outside of them.
i misunderstand the difference between conquering, and suffering
because in one,
you win,
and in the other,
well,
it is easy to be swarmed with grief.
i wore grief like a badge.
but in both,
to conquer you must suffer first in order to know what you are fighting for.
i have yielded nothing but emptiness in my hands as others swung their daggers and swords
scraping my surface as prologue,
then finally slivering down to my bone as epilogue.
but my story is not over,
my barricades are crumbling stone by stone
and maybe my sun will shine again,
but i am a force to be reckoned with because queens will conquer,
and my legacy is just beginning.
midnight thoughts i just needed to write down after some triggering nightmares

You’re a queen,
with a beautiful flower crown -
A queen who could not see my love,
and so she had it buried in the ground.
I wish you would see it,
but for as long it lies in my hands
It will sink through my fingers,
and be forgotten quickly in sand.
All of this because you do not see the wonders I see in you.
And it’s so difficult, love, to keep it from you,
because you’re a wonder, from your sparkling eyes to your curling toes. You’re the source of my dreams and my love lusting woes.
There is something so beautiful in you,
as if the wind just guides you to and through-
the gusts just pull us together, me and you.
I wish you could see it, we’re meant to be, but that’s your only fault: You cannot see.

You cannot see the way the angels have blessed you, but you do see how the bitter detest you.
You cannot see those who respect you,
but you listen to those who wish to neglect you.
You cannot see those who love and have confessed to, but you still long for those who have left you.
You cannot see me, who only wishes to protect you, but you are so blind that you must still guess who.
You could not see me and I became the one who was forced to forget you.

But the love will stay with me forever,
until the calendars reach the date: never.
It is a love I will take with me as I am buried into the ground,
the ground from which will sprout your beautiful flower crown.
I wish you could see it, we’re meant to be, but that’s your only fault: You cannot see.

"I was the king,
Whole of my life,
Now, resting in peace."
He said.

"Me too,
I was the queen,
Whole of my life,
Now, join you as neighbours,
Pleased to meet you."
She said.

"I am a King,
Now, as a visiting delegate,
On annual cemetery conference,
Nice to know you."
I said.

You're on the floor
Knee deep in memories
Swimming above the rest

Taped inside to a wall
Of secretly filled desires
Unadultrated
Fetish tied
Teeth gripped
Tears inside

Turning fears into
Excitement

You crave
You dance
At the thrill
Of the life
Those nights
brought out

her pin-up figure drifts from body to body,
eyes red-rimmed from *** and ketamine;
you can taste the hurricane when you kiss her,
and know from the very start, this is your destruction.

everybody loves her- or rather, the idea of her,
infatuated with the caricature of her depression,
her cherry-pink mouth and bottle blonde demons;
those bambi eyes streaming tears down her apple cheeks

you think you're the knight in shining armour-
hell no, you're merely a victim of her wildfire,
a statement made to anyone who dare enters her hearth;
she's a heartbreaker, made out of vices and poison.
inspired by effy??? from skins??

If ever there was a spirit divine,
One force to rule all else,
He has spoken;
He has crowned his earthly queen.
Her throne carved of stone
And her face carved with courage,
She bade the storm quiet
And all the earth knew silence.
A doe at her feet, and sparrow on her arm,
Her Excellence sweeps away the troubles
With a wave of her delicate pearl hand.
Her eyes are hazel, burning to rival any ruby.
With ears so small she hears but all.
The queen, in comfortable solitude
And Divinity.
