I need to quiet my phone
the worry will drive me insane
The sound it makes in a room
Embarrasses me for no gain
In a large group, it's fine
No one can hear a thing to blame
but in a small group of my friends
I can't ever let it happen again
I really need to figure out how to quiet my phone down.
Something about you makes me fade
You fill up my empty space
You make me feel safe
And I never want this to end
Let's write our names in the times of sand
He's not only my everything but he understands
And that's all they need to get

I love being snuggled up in his bed
Or wearing his t-shirts he never gets back
I'm just happy with what I have
Everyday I see him in class
And all I think about is me sneaking out of his window
It was see-through glass
have you ever been in love

I love when my phone lights up.

Calls, texts, notifications.

I love to see when someone cares enough to check on me,

To see how I am,
To love me.

I love when my phone lights up,

Because I've gotten much too good at memorizing the darkness.
Light me up
Your active fingers
stringing sentiments to me
spoken through text speak,
yet you can't text those same lines
from your lips to my close ear.

my new phone
is welll done
its white
its bright
it talks
to me more
than I ever
heard someone

It listens
to me more
than i ever
uttered to anyone
To recollect the initial days of any bonding from phone's perpective

I wish my head would stop turning in the direction of my phone,
waiting with batted breath for the writing of text, an indication you're still awake.
I wish I wouldn't fill up with overwhelming waters of disappointment,
because I already know that you won't reply.
I wish you would text me first because I don't want to seem clingy.
I wish I could stop my eyes from glancing at your name every five seconds,
wishing it was a name belonging to a person I didn't want to need.
I wish I didn't miss you so late at night.

10% and I feel tired and somewhat sad.
8% and things are stirring in my head,
I might take a nap.
5% and I plug my charger into the wall.
I'm not sure what just washed over me,
But I'm ready for the fall.
just promise you'll catch me?
