The sigh of things gone,
echoes of hope and the
small prickles of a blackberry
as I turn it on my tongue
between knives of teeth.
I reach further into the bracken,
The tangle of thorns caressing, hooking themselves into my clothes,
These are familiar pains,
Small scrapes of memory.
Petrichor, a reminder of our last walk
The clouds, tremendous waves breaking across the sky, coming storm
The plucked magnolia blossom wilting in my hand
How bitter it tasted on our tongues
I saw the berries, then, crimson unripe jewels
Vowed a Persephone return when they had turned onyx
And came back alone while you languished
In your underworld.

I can find sweetness amid the pain,
What have you found
To sustain  yourself ?

Loving me is like
watering a sunflower
but without the sun

My walk home covered in sweat
Thighs chafing

I pulled this four rowed pedal flower
up
roots and all.

Passing one decayed raccoon swarmed by flies
On my sprained ankle

I come bearing a gift which will wilt in the moment of hours

For you

My beloved.

I am going to continue to water you even when your thorns stab me
I am going to continue to assist your growth even though your thorns don't want me to touch you
You're going to be the most beautiful thing my garden has ever seen
i do not know better than loving.
it is not something i choose to do, but simply
something i do.

loving is natural,
like a flower blossoming under the
sunlight
or the rain falling from the
sky on a storm,

when you love strong enough, life
finds its course.
and with love the flowers blossom
too
and with love the rain falls
graciously.

i do not know better than loving.
it is not something i can unlearn, but simply
something i was born knowing to do.

i do not know better than loving
because loving makes me better.

there is no better than loving.
Seeded in the garden of rich soil

Watered with love and raindrop kisses

Bearing a lovely aroma of affection

You are

My sacred flower

illuminating the skies
along with the flowers that have died
going up north,
further up forth

an ocean of stars
making up our galaxy
our universe will not die
because of these stars
an ocean in the sky
will be yours and mine
You are a butterfly
that flies and perches
on a corpse flower
throughout the rainy season
in December.

Flowers for eyes
Cold cerulean skies
My hollow body
An empty vibe

Alone I walk
Along endless streams
A lovely lullaby
Reaches my daydream
Night has come
Stars have followed
Bliss has arrived
What shall follow?

Why settle for less
Than you know you deserve?

A flower wont sprout
If it doesn't get what it needs.

Why should you?
I quit my job today. Im finished with the emotional abuse whether they admit it or not. I refuse to work hard in a space where i dont get what i need
