i rather feel everything

every smile that creeps up

every giggle that slips out

every goose-bump and shiver

every bit of static

every tear as it slides slowly but surely down my face

one for every bit of static

one for every smile

one for every troubled thought

because i have a sea filled with them

and sometimes the tides pull me in

and i never learned to swim

but

i still rather feel everything

than nothing at all
bit cliche with the swimming bit
gotta find a better analogy

Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
I love being cliche,
and being lazy too.

Allured by the clichés of love
And fantasy,
She savours his fragrance,
Dipped with honey,
Every day and night.
With her lips laced with sweetness
And eyes screaming  compassion,
She invited him in.
Pivoting on his perverted thoughts,
He gladly accepted.
just to start another round of clichéd
confessions.

I can't believe it's here
No more anticipation until next year
It's also hard to imagine something so wonderful could be made
And to find someone who loves me for me and stayed
I just wish I could give you more than just words
I'm your loser and you're my nerd
I love you and I hope to be at more birthdays , I hope I'm not to foreword
You mean everything to me and I hope you have a great fifteen
And as the years change so will your mien
But our love will not
And I'll never be able to express how much love , memories , and joy you have brought
I guess what I'm trying to say is cliche
But I really wish you "Happy Birthday"
To my love who is is one year older and always has been much wiser
I love you Ender Happy Birthday I'm so glad your parents created something so wonderful

My love,
Is it cliche to say
If i were to fall asleep
Wrapped up in your arms
I'd feel safe and loved.

Is it also cliche to say
That though
I don't believe in a god
But that would be
The greatest blessing i could pray for

My love,
I know its cliche but
Though we are miles
Upon miles apart
And you aren't within sight
Youre in my heart

Oh love,
I sound so cliche
But i long for the day
My prayers are answered
Where youre holding me
And i'm holding your heart

"Stop and smell the roses" is an ironic cliché,
cause when doing so literally, it is strange?
Inspired by my smelling flowers out on a walk and getting weird looks.

I don’t want it
I don’t want to be told I have constellations in my eyes
I don’t want to be told I have galaxies in my veins
I don’t want to be told I am your entire universe
All of your stars
I want to be told that I am a handful
A handful you wouldn’t mind holding forever
I want to be told
that I am enough

How to write a bad poem.

Use words that simply rhyme like time and dime,,,
And line after line after line repeat the same line
Repeat your sentences to repeat your point
Without a true interpreter then what is the point!!!

I put no thought into lines without care.
I do not care if tHisss is spelled correctly; I do not care.
I do not care if you even care;
Without love and despair, poets will go nowhere.

Annoy the reader, reader, reader, reader, send them to sleep;
Speak only about other people’s cliché’s and ideals…and sheep.
Say line after line without thinking to read,
Judge someone for their mistakes.  Never be truthful and never free.

Never let the words fall onto the page, without feeling;
Never bother to read other poetry and never bother to try reading.
Never speak from the soul, without any kind of meaning.
This is the poem I do not care about…it’s time I was leaving.

What is Beauty?
The origin of Art they say
Word to the wise
that's bit of a cliche
May I ask you again
Oh cynical human
Is it beauty you see
with these lustful eyes
Or is that greed
cloaked as desire
lurking in disguise
Let me just say outright
Love makes you see
what's really beautiful
Hiding in plain sight.

I don’t have butterflies in my stomach when I see you.
I have an entire zoo.

My heart pounds to the song the birds are singing,
and to that song the monkeys are swinging.

My heart knows but my brain cannot decide,
Peacocks wish to flash their beauty and prairie dogs wish to hide.

Lions roar and snakes reach out to you
but I ignore them and the feeling too.
second poem in a collection so if ya want to check out that that would be p cool
