We are both shyly engaging with the madness on screen,
distorted faces, screams from nowhere –
I don‘t believe in hesitation,
having always indulged in my impulsivity.
Not used to waiting, calculating, anticipating.
I was very careful not to let you sink in,
although your teeth aren‘t very sharp.

I don’t pay attention, I’m too focused now
on how my arm is pressing against your shoulder –
this golden halo
that your touch casts onto the here-and-now;
no moment can ever be insignificant again.
Oh, it feels so nice to be with you,
real nice.
Makes me wanna travel all the distance
from Tokyo right to your doorstep.

Morning arrives with it’s awkward limbs that will be drowned in black coffee. Yesterday there seemed to be no more blue tomorrows, but now your eyes greet me and I don’t know what to say.
(things that happened)

How do we know love
If we've never seen pain
Or how can we enjoy sunshine
If we've never been caught in the rain
And how do we see beauty
If we've never seen bad
How can you have the best day ever
When that's all you've ever had
So when you're in the darkest place
Remember,
Soon joy is what you'll face

The Former
and
The Latter
aren't the ones that
Matter
they're both in the past
and the past is gone
and it's never returning
...
Don't cling to people from your past
Just leave them behind
Just As They Did

I got a lot",
On my plate,it needs to stop,
can't be friends with these here cops,
cause I'll be the target they spot,
still breathing while the sun is hot,
keep these lil'kids off the block,
I got a lot.

Putting aside my Petty squabbles and failures,
Writing the ups and downs as I go, theres no letters,
Feeding my conscious mind to a higher being,
Escaping this world is a must ,if you know what I mean,
Hard enough to know thy self,
All the things we consume will melt,
Our brains , the corporations gives thanks,
We drown an ignorance like a scuba tank.
we got alot*.

I'm death defyed by you
Your warm skillet
Of afterthoughts
And tongues

The sweet taste of
Teardrop and bubblegum
The *** from the nurses
Cabinet

The stairwell
We had a good habit

Only to lash out
Of many times like this
When I kiss the cheek
Of a monster
And steer down
A road less inhibbited

One we want to know again
One that taste of teardrops and sin
And fun nights of running
With guns down
the streets of Adalie

And once again
We find this bliss
Somewhere between
Heaven and who gives a ****

Where the stars kiss our toes
And wine fills our holes
From valinquished unrelinquesed love

Replaced by sweet current aftertaste
Trying to perfect this flow
Is a hell of who knows
Why must I travel down it again alone

hey,

where did we get ourselves today?
are we making progress, healing ourselves
or still basking in the glow of yesterday?
You're not in love with me anymore, contrary to what you think
I believe you're in love with the girl three years ago
that made your heart soar and sing.
You're in love with what we were,
let's not pretend.
But we're different now
my rings are gone, that girl three years ago is dead.
I'm not so lost, not so broken
not so much leaning on a substance to keep my eyes open.
But that was all you,
you were the glue that fixed me.
You manifested someone new,
and now you're not in love with me.

I'm still her, I guess
just put together, in heels and a pretty dress.

Maybe in time this will all make sense.
Maybe one day we won't be confined
to confusing lines
on an ambiguous url address.

Maybe one day,
we can confess our truths

truth is,
that's all I ever wanted from you.
honesty. transparency.

Yesterday and tomorrow
All in a memorable row
Happiness and sorrow
Always a few more to go.
Laughter and sadness
Marching through time.
Dealing out character
Each of us must find.

Lovers and some losers
Each kind had their say.
Whatever they did to us
Made us who we are today.
We all had to learn about
The liars and the thieves.
We taught ourselves not
To do what makes us grieve.

We learned to reward ourselves
For living and getting strong
Even when our history has
Gone quite suddenly wrong.
We are the ones who count
And must add up the score.
So, we are the wones who know
What our life has been for.

Whining does so little good
And makes others turn away.
It’s up to us to find the words
We need to hear and say.
So we do what we can in life
And deal with what we’re given
And learn we can't have it all
Wrapped up in a pretty ribbon.

Take me back in time,
When you're still mine,
For I miss your warmth,
When I was in your embrace.

Take me back in time,
When we're both standing in the rain,
Eyes mirroring each other,
Let me say I love you again.

Take me back in time,
When we're both holding hands,
For I miss the way you would rub the back of my palm,
Assuring me that everything is fine.

Take me back in time,
When I still had my mind with me,
Swear to god I'd never leave,
Unless I'm taking you with me.
When regrets came and all i wished is to be taken back to the time when it was "us" instead of "you and I"
