As I mesmerize
I came to realize
It was never real
It was all about the *** appeal
I feel used
You treated me as if I was disposable
Acted like I wasn't capable
Now I'm here left, emotionally abused
Everything was *******
It took awhile to hit
But when it did
I fell hard
But soon picked myself bit by bit
As I look back, I was just another card
For you to play
And sadly I obeyed
I was such a fool
For allowing you to treat me like a tool
It seemed like you wanted me
But not all of me
How stupid was I to think we could be?
I could say I lost apart of me
Deep down I hope you feel the same way
Maybe one day
We'll meet again
And start a new beginin'
But until then
This is the end

Iridescent eyes
Tsunami's crash inside
Is your heart breaking?
Like the sad story playing in those orbs?

Winter cold heart
Your love tore me apart
Like an Earthquake beneath my feet
You sent me falling through the cracks

Love destroyed us
Like a hurricane, it floored us
Stole my breath and left me gasping
It was your hand I was grasping
for

Down at the bottom
That's where I found them
Those whose hearts were broken like mine
And were left to drown, and die

When I was holding ten years
experience
On  earth
Mami always say to me
"Your girlfriend doesn't exist
On earth "
"Sanabadwe"
I was blind
waiting with smile
Under-pining love without limitation
Maximum appreciation
Full parcel of attention
And  anointed affection

Now I'm about to vacate
from the room of teenagers
But I can't picture
The one who can love me
Give me back
love without limitation
Maximum appreciation
Full parcel of attention
And  anointed affection
Still Searching for her
Day and night
Even in my thoughts and dreams
But I just find pretenders
Maybe she still doesn't exist
On earth
This poem is about love.      Which I have been waiting

She backed away,
Taking small steps,
He watched her,
With no sign of regret.

She waited,
For him to call out her name,
She couldn't understand,
That nothing was the same,

With tears in her eyes,
She murmured a goodbye,
Callous he was,
Didn't bother replying.

Her heart was hammering,
Against her rib cage,
Her tearful eyes,
Were filled with rage.

Her broken heart,
Was crumbling further,
He had on a straight face,
Showing he couldn't bother.

Her world was spinning,
She couldn't take it,
It felt so real,
How could he fake it.

Her world was shattering,
It was a joke for him,
Chances of apology,
Were getting slim.

A tear rolled down her cheek,
She couldn't stop it,
He was going to pay,
She wouldn't drop it.

Leaving him,
She ran from there,
Cried to god,
It was so unfair!

She turned bitter,
She turned cold,
"You've changed!"
She was frequently told.

People didn't know,
That he was behind it all,
People didn't know,
How hard he made her fall.

She surrendered ,
to the world then,
She lost,
Her faith in men.

He saw her walking alone one day,
Trillion memories flashed in his mind,
He felt something weird,
But he still didn't get the sign.

He saw her talking to her friend,
Her eyes no longer shined,
Cold was the face of the girl,
Who, once, always smiled.

Sighing, he turned around,
And just started walking away,
Suddenly he felt a pang of regret,
Which started increasing day by day.

Taking something out of his drawer,
Her picture caught his sight,
As his eyes fell on her face,
His lips broke into a smile.

He was taken to the past,
Her laughter chimed in his ears,
That moment did he realize,
How much he missed having her near.

He chuckled,
Remembering their nicknames,
He laughed,
Remembering their childish games.

He sighed,
Remembering their long walks,
And even blushed,
Remembering their sweet talks.

Then all of a sudden,
He realized,
All of a sudden,
Tears filled his eyes.

His heart beamed with joy,
It hit him but it was so absurd!
All this time , he couldn't realize,
That he had been in love with her!

Phone in hands, number on tips,
He dialed her number straight away,
However, she didn't pick up,
And realization hit him in the face.

Rehearsing apologies in head,
He kept pacing back and forth in the room,
He decided to let her know,
As soon as he reached school.

Almost flying he went to school,
With a pretty red rose for her,
However she wasn't there,
And he actually felt a little too hurt.

Skipping school he went to her place,
Was surprised to see many people there,
Went inside her house,
And fell to the ground in despair.

All around,
All he could see was red,
Pain, blood,
The girl he loved was dead.

In the morning, the air is crisp
Life is hopeful
Within the colorful
Sunrise.

Come afternoon, the clouds have come
Hope is alive
Dwindling down to die
Betrayal.

Once evening falls the leaves kiss earth
No life, no death-
The moons light breath
(Is) stopped

My dog sat right next to me,
Moved his legs and couldn’t stop.
I assumed he had to ***
And wanted to go for a walk.

When I put on my tennis shoes,
He got up and ran towards the door.
As he did, I had Déjà vu
Of myself standing on the porch.

I saw my dog
On my laptop.
I turned the ****,
The door was locked.
The air turned on,
The lights turned off.
I rang and knocked,
He sat and watched.

… And all this time I really thought
He wanted to go for a walk.

Concentrate on my voice
Though it's barely alive
And listen for the girl
You've trapped inside.
A house with locked doors
And you've swallowed every key.
With all the windows closed
To drown out all her screams.
You hold my hand each day
But haunt my every dream.
I guess that's more like a nightmare.

She is the wedge driven between them
She is the hollow distance within them
She is the force that drives them apart
She is a great sea that divides them

She is the thorn in their sides
She is the bullet that bursts through their flesh
She is the stake driven into their hearts
She is the salt in each of their wounds

She is the disease that rots them away
She is the deep ocean that drowns them both
She is the poison that brings agonizing death
She is the flame that devours them both

Out of the torment, what is seen?
One friend stands beside her
In love happy and healthy
As one can be

A scorched friendship
In flames of betrayal,
Another one I wrote a year ago. Tell me what you think.
