I am anti-social,
I choke at social gatherings,
My breath feels nothing more than lies ,
The lies when people's words,
Sublime into air.

While everyone brags about,
The last time the Sapiens
Had a good time,
I comfortablly drift off,
Into my little Pluto,
Of words, poetry and music.

I am there,
Yet I am not there.

People think I'm a snob,
The Sapiens think I'm lazy,
But what do they know,
The happiness in solitude.

I am anti social,
And the last thing,
I could care about,
Is You.
Sigh 1:30 am is an odd time to be alive.

In your arms I found the open ocean;
Tides, waves, my serene sea,
The most pleasant feeling of a morning breeze.
In your eyes the best night skies;
A Rhythm bright enough to leave the sun behind
and wake up the night in just a heartbeat.
My heartbeats.
Cracked and Irregular by your every move.
In your fingers untold mysteries;
tangled within my own in secrets with the promises of never letting go.
In your hair my favorite melody;
Loud, and ruthless music for my deaf ears:
A Symphony only I can hear.
In your lips my muse;
Better than Erato and Calliope combined,
Carelessly whispering verses
To last me the entire day,
Softer than the birth of Roses.
My Roses.
For they are just for me,
Sprouting from your lips, and blossoming with my touch.
Our touch.
*In you I found poetry.

With verses resting at your lips,
My muse

A land with love, peace & admiration
To you I salute with all my devotion

A land where live people of all kind
Various languages where we find

A land beleaguered by Himalaya
And perennial rivers running via

A land signed by a flag of tri colour
With courage, peace & faith depicting her

A land called as India or Hind
Where I'm privileged to born in

A land to which I call my country
With all my devotion I salute thee...
I belong to the country India & I am proud to be an Indian :)

I feel like I should be excited,
Or at the very least a bit sad,
My heart should be ignited,
My thoughts driving me mad.

Instead there's silence in my mind,
It's another ordinary day,
Though now I have new friends to find,
As we drive our car away.

They told me here my life would start,
Where experiences make us old,
Passions and people will shape my heart,
My story is waiting to be told.

Yet my story came long before,
It did not begin in hallowed halls,
And for some reason I thought it'd be more,
Instead of rising my heart falls.
Warning!
Her mouth spews thunder while sunken eyes flash brighter than lightning.
Warning!
The fury that stirs within her could tear down houses faster than a twister. Believe me,
no force is strong enough to stop her once the wind picks up.
Warning!
This woman is a perfect storm.
Every time she cries, tears hail from her eyes, so untamed it could drown cities.

But he loves it.
He loves that no amount of restraint can stop her winds from exhuming trees from the earth.
He loves that there are not enough words to subdue the typhoon that envelops her head.
How courageous it is to stand in the eye of the storm showing no signs of fear, even more courageous when you lie with that storm every night.

You see,
I am that tornado ripping a part everything in my path.
I **** the sun out of the sky through a straw that is my own mind and leave nothing left behind but grey.
It is not a noble feat to love me. You do not get praise for standing out in the storm.
I never asked you to wait in the rain.
I never promised you a rainbow.
When you met me I blared my flash flood warning and handed you and umbrella.
I told you that I am like nature,
layered and unpredictable.

So when you come to me,
with a smile on your face saying that you've weathered the storm,
don't say I didn't warn you
when you hear thunder rumbling in the distance.
Sometimes when you can't sleep at 4am you listen to the thunder and pretend that you are as beautifully intricate as nature.
I nightly whisper to stars
showing them my heart
they glitter
the moon overhears us
feels jealous
I keep on teasing him
till the night
washes out

Do you feel that poison in your vein?

It rushes and courses

and makes you insane

Your love is anything but plain

It veils your eyes, from all the lies

Like a drug that blocks the pain

Your heart, do you feel it?

When was the last time you felt it beat?

Cause since that poison entered your veins

Your soul has saw defeat

I wish you knew the price you pay

Or how that love just eats away

at who you are

from worlds afar I feel the pain

From how you spar

From how you fight with all your might

To lose that love, you feel the fright

It’s not alright, it’s not okay

Memories of the past, the reason you stay

These games you play will make you numb

Do you know the rule of thumb?

Do you even know the sum?

Of how much it cost

your heart will be lost

and so your soul

you’ll feel the cold

you’ll feel the frost

the ice will the build

your world will stop

It will standstill

Cause of the poison..

you let run in your veins.

You always fancied our extravagant dinner parties.
The ones where you wanted to be a saint at the door at the start,
But a ***** at the table in the middle.

You welcomed all our guests into this home,
But didn’t tell them what it was built off of.

The years of love, flirting, and dates.
Those were just the bricks on which the foundation was laid.

Then came the pillars of this home,
Which were filled with late night star-gazing, all day text messaging, and random cheap gifts on doorsteps.

The walls went up next, the ones maintained with long conversations.
Talks about marriage, children, and the future.

Our ceremony was the roof,
Proving that we would always shelther and protect the other.

But then came the paint, which was mixed in with fighting and anger.
Decorative furniture picked out of spite and defeat.
Bedding covering nights of tossing and turning bodies and minds.

Then the windows were framed with lashing out and hurtful words,
And the doors out of painful comments and hurting slaps.

And with that, we had really made a home out of this.
A home we were both trapped in.

And now I just sit here and choke on all of this food,
At this extravagant dinner party.

Which I never fancied anyways.
Honey, I'm home
