Feel It
Paolo Garcia Jul 2016
Rhythm & Beats, take me over
Go through my temple
   through skin-deep,
   through my bones
             release your voice, EDM whispers

Tickle my bones,
    dance with me
    with your electric,
         wavey hands

Release my intense feelings,
     trigger every part of me,
       my hormones, my body
                   help me
                           *feel it
I wrote this while listening to the song "This Is What You Came For" by Calvin Harris Ft. Rihanna.

Nightingale to my Heart
Paolo Garcia Sep 2016
Thou Lil' Nightingale,
Heed my heart.
Hope I, sound not desperate.

O, tend to my wounds;
Wish I, thine hand be held.
Implore I, soothe my pain;
Two ears that hark!
Recounting, recounting;
Thy mouth, speak of stories.

I wilt vow to always remember you;
I wilt vow to always love you;
Swear no love but yours wilt do.

If I wert your Nightingale,
O'er these mountains, I would fly.
I would find you, I would find you.
Nightingale, Nightingale;
Fair and Tender;
I wish thou be Nightingale to my Heart.
I developed one of my old poem. So here's a better version! :)

Shattered Glass
Paolo Garcia Jul 2016
Through the shattered glass,
I see my dreams.

Halcyon, love and exuberant
This is too real!, I weep

Euphrosyne, do you even exist?, I exclaim
*Please repair it.

Count On Me
Paolo Garcia Mar 2016
Every cloud has a silver lining;
but, if a tumultuous storm
   appears on your head,
just call me and
   i'll be there
in a swift

Is the World Against Me?
Paolo Garcia Aug 2016
The winds, the tides —
are against me.
So sunny, yet the cloud —
Shrouds the sunlight meant me.
The chirping birds —
they're wielding wicked wings.
the roses —
when I smell it, it withers.
the night, the moon —
Why is it blue?
my soul —
it's black, will you touch it?

My Eyes
Paolo Garcia Aug 2016
My eyes sees togetherness,
Can't it happen to me too?
No, I'm not the one.

My eyes sees a string and a needle,
Look away!
No, I ******* need it.

My eyes needs stitching,
*That's better,
It will now stop bleeding.

I Dream of Us
Paolo Garcia Aug 2016
Under the blue moon, I've
Yet to see separation of love;
Yet to see conflicting schedules;
Yet to see distant distance;
Though, I dream of these.
one more year before our class will go separate ways.

Haunted by a Whisper
Paolo Garcia Aug 2016
The streams of fog and ?––
the frigid air whispers me;
(I'm) Dressed in thick clothes,
Yet, even just a whisper,
my heart still feels cold.
Will you give me your ––
immense warmth?
Tonight, the weather is inclement and I am freezing as hell.

Pain equating to tears
But if he tries to resist the pain to avoid crying,
He is allowing pain to reside in his heart --
restoring tears for later
