This is me,
You see.
Fragments
Or the whole;
All the same,
You will see.

I am Truth
A version of it;

Any part you will pick
Authentic.

Here is the treat
Every facet
Of this mosaic;
My identity is one and
Universal.

Whatever you will get
It will be a best self
I am Truth
A version of it;

Take it
Or none of it.

He said, “I want you.”
I then asked him, “Why?”
“You’re carefree about everything,
“And you always make me smile.”
I frowned at his answer
Not even knowing how
He had found it so quickly
Without figuring me out
I then knew that was the only side
He saw and would like to see
And I don’t want to pretend for someone
Who wouldn’t want the rest of me

A missing link
I don't even know what that means
keep your ****** coding
and yes, I burnt down those trees.

You need to, sometimes,
it gives the ground new time to grow,
recycle nutrients and now just breathe
without your suffocating seeds to sow.

So yes, it's terribly blackened
and maybe no-one will ever come back
but after everything that's happened
I'll happily settle for that.

half-form words....

sentences brok
en in two

thoughts never brought to

    wishes stuck
the  inside   confines
     of my head

dreams of golden castles and...
...ever after:
half-dreamt

lose the shackles
of this life
find the whole
among the many
broken parts

no thread completes
the picture

all
by itself

lines brokenly straight, if all alone -

there is purpose
beauty
promise
in the broken and the
shattered dream

each fragment fused
defines the fullness
of the frame

and beauty from the watered ash
will rise

for

together broken
           is
together whole
I find it so amazing how Jesus takes us, broken and fallen apart, and puts us in Himself and thus in His body, the church. And in Him, we become whole. In union with the other broken members, we can together become something beautiful and whole. And to think that this is what God will do with the whole world in the end! Take all the broken parts and fuse them together to make a beautiful and amazing whole. I can't wait to see it.

There thou go
With thy words so sweet
Oh I swear to thee
You make my heart beat.

Oh, poetry, what art thou?
Art thou mine inner soul
Art thou this air I breathe
Art thou mine internal whole?

Oh, poetry where thou live?
Come hither thee
Cans't thou be a little hearty to give
Thy name, thy soul,
Oh, you make me whole.

Lovely poetry,
Pity this misfortunate lover
Your beauty I love to see
Don't vacant this lonely  heart
Paint thy words on these throbbing veins
Flow thy letters in this blood
Oh it won't pain.

Beloved poetry,
My heart thee hold
Beloved poetry,
Be my whole world.
I am undeniably in love with this wonderful beauty in this world- poetry.

Standing in light
Cast by day
Tiptoe through shadows
Which connect anyway.
The sun is so bright
It corrodes away;
And I'm healed by night,
Cool layers of gray
Also not a vampire. Not sure if writing while tired makes my poems loopy... Will have to check in the morning

I can move mountains
With your little love equal to a mole
With the tiniest corner in your heart
I can make fractions into a whole

Why do I have to be so confident all the time?
It’s as if I’m not allowed to be full of broken pieces
I have to be whole, for someone to want me
But who of us feels whole 100 percent of the time?
Isn’t 90% enough?
For some reason though,
We are taught to hold this all in
“Girls, guys like to see confidence”
“Show a little attitude and strut
your stuff to grab his attention”
“Make a statement!”
With all the broken bottled up…
….it’s bound to burst.
