I've always loved being up in the morning hours. The calm and focus and perspective allow me to enjoy more of the day. I also appreciate the connection with nature by watching the sky slowly lighten into a beautiful sunrise.

You can start your day out "new" at any time.  You can "reboot" and have a new beginning.  It may take mind strength and it may take some practice, but the benefits are incredible!  No longer do you have to be "controlled" and down because something didn't go your way in the morning.

Believe in Abundance. Abundance is our natural state. When you start recognizing abundance anywhere, it starts to show up and flow everywhere! You can choose to focus on the abundance of sunshine, or the abundance of children in a playground, or the abundance of stars in the sky.

In the book The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace Wattles, he explains why the universe is abundant. That book has increased my abundance mentality. I'm listening to a song right now, and it's about abundance!
